Join now >In an interview with Denver7, Jamaal Charles said he's "ahead of schedule" in recovery from his knee surgery.
Charles told Denver7's Troy E. Renck that he's "doing everything," including cutting and feels back to normal. The All-Pro running back made it clear to Renck that he's motivated to get back to an elite level and likes "proving people wrong." Charles could be a real difference maker for the Broncos this season.

Fred Jackson wants to continue his career.
Jackson is 36-years-old but told SiriusXM NFL that he's keeping himself in great shape and only wants a chance in training camp to prove himself. The veteran running back didn't play in 2016, last playing all 16 games in 2015 with Seattle. Jackson averages 4.4 yards per carry in his career and is a very capable receiver. He should get a chance with a team, but we'll see if that happens.

Karlos Williams has been suspended for at least one year, according to Field Yates.
It's an indefinite suspension. Williams was suspended ten games last year for violating the league's substance-abuse policy, so this is likely from another violation of that. Williams got off to a very good start to his career as a rookie with the Bills, but it's been downhill from there. Hopefully he gets some help and can get back on the field before it's too late.

The StarTribune's Matt Vensel thinks Laquan Treadwell "looks ready to take on a larger role."
Vensel says that Treadwell looks "quicker" this offseason and has "exclusively" worked as a starter in three-receiver sets with Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen. Treadwell has received a lot of praise this offseason for being a hard worker. Now healthier entering his second season, he is likely to be a key contributor to the team and could deliver solid fantasy value. He'll probably be worth a shot late in fantasy drafts.

According to Field Yates, LeGarrette Blount gets a $50K bonus for weighing between 240-245 pounds for training camp.
The Eagles want Blount to be below a certain weight, and he shouldn't have much of a problem being at that weight for camp. Blount is expected to get a lot of carries for Philadelphia, and he is certain to be the goal line back for the team. Despite talk of Blount catching more passes than usual for the Eagles, he's clearly a better option in standard leagues than PPR leagues.

Jared Goff says he's "grasped all of" the new Rams offense so far.
Head coach Sean McVay said he's installed 95% of the offense, so this is great news. Goff said he's learning this offense "much quicker" than he learned his offense as a rookie last season. Everything about the 2016 number one overall pick has been positive this offseason. It's still early, but McVay looks like a good match for Goff, and it's probably good that the young quarterback is learning this offense in his second season so that hopefully it leads to many years in the same offense. The biggest obstacle Goff is facing this season is his offensive line; if they protect him and give him time to throw, it'll make things a lot easier for Goff.

Raiders offensive coordinator Todd Downing says Marshawn Lynch has been "fantastic."
Downing was on SiriusXM NFL and said Lynch has "pleasantly surprised" him. The Raiders OC also classified Lynch as a "football junkie" and is happy with his passion for playing the game. Everything concerning Lynch since his return has been positive, and it sounds like he's been working extremely hard to do the best he can in helping bring a Super Bowl to Oakland before they leave for Vegas. With one of the best offensive lines in the league opening up holes for him, Lynch should be a very good fantasy option this season, particularly in standard leagues.
