Join now >Bills receiver Andre Holmes has "stood out" so far, head coach Sean McDermott said.
Holmes is a former Raider that signed with Buffalo in free agency. The big, athletic receiver saw his playing time decrease in Oakland with the additions of Michael Crabtree and Amari Cooper, but he's a talented player that makes plays when he gets an opportunity. McDermott says he's done a "phenomenal job" on both offense and special teams, and that he's happy with the leadership he's brought to the team with his consistency. As we've stated before, we're fans of Holmes; as is Jon Gruden, who believed Holmes had to get out of Oakland and go somewhere to play a lot, because he can play. Second round pick Zay Jones is the main competition for Holmes grabbing the starting role alongside Sammy Watkins.

Panthers tight end Greg Olsen would like a new contract.
Olsen has clearly been one of the best tight ends in the league over the past few years. He just became the first in NFL history at his position to go over 1,000 yards in three straight seasons. According to The Charlotte Observer, Olsen wants to be paid like a top tight end. He currently has two years left on his deal, and isn't someone to make a big deal about needing a new deal, so an extension might not happen until next offseason at the earliest.

There is "no timetable" for selecting the Broncos starting quarterback.
Head coach Vance Joseph and the team aren't going to rush into a decision. He said when he sees a "clear separation" he'll name that player the starter. Trevor Siemian showed major flashes of ability last season, but Paxton Lynch is a very talented player that John Elway selected in the first round last year. It's 50/50 who will win the job at this point.

The Broncos don't have any interest in former Jets receiver Eric Decker.
Head coach Vance Joseph says the team is happy where they're at for receivers. This isn't a surprise, as Denver has Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders are the top two receivers, and they have a lot of depth behind them including Bennie Fowler, Cody Latimer, Jordan Taylor, and rookie speedster Carlos Henderson. It's unclear which teams are interested in Decker, but someone will definitely want him.

The Colts "love" Christine Michael's explosiveness.
Michael has bounced around with a few separate teams throughout his career, but he's always had great athletic ability since being drafted in the second round by Seattle in 2013. He has elite acceleration and brings energy when carrying the ball. Michael doesn't have a roster spot locked up, but if he understands the playbook and avoids mental mistakes, he should make the team.

Rookie receiver ArDarius Stewart will not participate in Jets minicamp.
The third rounder has a groin injury, and they're probably just taking it slow to avoid the injury getting more serious. Stewart should be 100% for training camp.

Receiver Quincy Enunwa (neck) will not participate in training camp.
Enunwa is expected to be the Jets' number one receiver, with Eric Decker gone. He's reportedly looked good throughout the offseason, but he won't hit the field with the team until training camp. Enunwa is a guy to watch as a breakout candidate.
