Join now >Eagles third year receiver Nelson Agholor made some changes this season.
Agholor, who struggled with drops last season, received advice from Hall of Fame running back Curtis Martin to help him grow. The main change for the young receiver has been to his mental approach—he's focusing on the next play instead of dwelling on drops. Agholor, who put in a lot of work on the Jugs machine heading into last season, is putting himself in more game-like situations like catching balls coming out of breaks. The former USC receiver was a first round pick for a reason; he has a ton of talent and ability, he just needs to get his confidence back after it was lacking last season. With a clear mind, Agholor has a chance to be a big breakout player this season. He'll probably win the starting job opposite Alshon Jeffery over free agent addition Torrey Smith.

Vikings receiver Adam Thielen says he still has "a long ways to go," according to the Pioneer Press.
Thielen broke out last season for 69 receptions, 967 yards, and five touchdowns, which led to a nice three-year, $27 million contract. Thielen made it clear that he's still working hard to get better and has "too much to work on, too many big goals, to reflect on anything." Thielen got open on short, intermediate, and deep routes for Sam Bradford last season, proving to be a reliable target. The Vikings paid him to continue to be an integral part of the offense, and Thielen offers a pretty high floor in 2017.

Giants head coach Ben McAdoo says new receiver Brandon Marshall has been "a breath of fresh air" for the team.
Things are off to a good start so far with Marshall and the Giants. Eli Manning has reportedly been relying on Marshall in OTAs. Marshall is setting a good example for his younger teammates and is "extremely excited" to be playing for the Giants. He's certainly matured from earlier in his career. Marshall has high touchdown upside this season, and he should be considered at least a solid FLEX option to start the season.

Odell Beckham Jr. will show up for the team's mandatory mini camp, according to Art Stapleton.
Kimberly Jones reported on May 25th that OBJ would be reporting to the mandatory team activities on June 13th, but the Adam Schefter report of Beckham being unhappy with his contract put it into question. It doesn't look like it'll be a problem, and hopefully Beckham can put his contract concerns in the back of his mind when he hits the field.

The Jets are parting ways with receiver Eric Decker, according to Adam Schefter.
This isn't too much of a surprise, as the Jets released veteran linebacker David Harris today and apparently are looking to play their young guys more. Still, Decker is a very productive receiver, with three seasons with over 1,000 yards in his career. Quincy Enunwa will now step up as the Jets' number one receiver. Schefter says the Jets will either trade or release Decker this week. A release seems likely, probably coming tomorrow, but Decker might need to get his shoulder OK'd (he has been practicing with a non-contact jersey) before a team signs him.

Free agent running back Matt Asiata is signing with the Lions, according to Chris Tomasson.
It's a one-year deal, according Tomasson. The Lions have a deep running back group, so Asiata will need to fight for a roster spot. If he makes the team, Asiata could be the goal line back for Detroit. This shouldn't affect Ameer Abdullah's—who is expected to get over 200 carries—workload.

OBJ: "No comment" on if I'll be at OTAs, according to Kimberly Jones.
Jones talked to Beckham and he said "I love my team and am excited about the season," but he won't say when he'll be at OTAs. Beckham angling for a new contract is likely the explanation for this. Or maybe he's upset about the team being coy about picking up his fifth-year option, which they eventually did and keeps him under contract through next season. If his goal is a Super Bowl, the best thing to do is probably be with his team at OTAs.
