Join now >The Seahawks are working out free agent quarterback Colin Kaepnerick, according to Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport also says at least one other quarterback is visiting the team. Seattle is probably the only realistic destination for Kaepernick. Word on how his visit goes should be out at some point today.

Dez Bryant wants to return punts for the Cowboys this season.
According to Sports Day, Bryant says he's been in special teams coach Rich Bisaccia's ear, telling him if he returns punts "he's going to score." Fourth round pick Ryan Switzer is expected to return punts this season, but Bryant could be used as a punt returner at times. Bryant is one of the better receivers in the league with the ball in his hands, but it's highly unlikely the Cowboys put him back there as a returner full time.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott says the team is concerned about Charles Clay's "knee situation."
Clay has had knee concerns throughout his career, and reportedly had it drained multiple times. McDermott says the team will manage his reps to keep Clay healthy. While there is concern for Clay's knees, he can still be a productive player and make people forget about the concerns. Clay will be a solid TE2 this season.

Dolphins offensive coordinator Clyde Christensen talks up Jay Ajayi.
Christensen said Ajayi is a "different guy" than last season and he might be "the most improved" player. Christensen also said he believes Jay Ajayi could handle 350 carries, as Adam Gase wants. The third-year back had nearly 1,300 yards last season, so it's scary to think of him improving too much—but he might. Ajayi is a great pick in the first two rounds of 2017 fantasy drafts.

RB Matt Jones will not be at Redskins' OTAs, according to Ian Rapoport.
Jones is a 2015 third round pick that was benched last season for fumbling issues and was a healthy scratch for much of the end of the season. Now the Redskins added Oklahoma's all-time leading rusher Samaje Perine in the draft, and Jones is a candidate to be traded. Jones is a big back with speed, and teams will be interested in him. He could end up being released by the Redskins if no one trades for him.

Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith tells The Kansas City Star that he was "shocked" of the release of Jeremy Maclin.
Losing your number one receiver this late will do that. Smith said Maclin is "a really good friend" and "great person, great teammate" so it's sinking in for him that he won't be around. Smith said Maclin being injured and trying to push through to help the team last season contributed to his sub par year. The young guys (like Tyreek Hill and Chris Conley) will be relied upon to step up for Smith, as he lost a reliable target in Maclin. We would think Maclin will find a new team sometime next week.

Rob Gronkowski is cleared to practice with the Patriots.
Gronkowski, who delivered a shoulder block in a WWE PPV, seems to be fully healthy from back surgery. While they might take it slow and keep him limited for now, Gronkowski will be 100% for the regular season. It's going to be fun to see Gronk and this offense on the field this year.
