Join now >Deebo Samuel (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of today.
Samuel was out for most of the first half, so this is not a surprise. Before leaving, Samuel had one carry for nine yards. He might be facing a lengthy absence after already missing time due to a hamstring issue earlier this year.

Alex Smith (leg) is questionable to return.
Smith headed to the locker room at the end of the first half after being worked on some, and Dwayne Haskins is now in at quarterback. With the issue being with the leg he previously injured, we are obviously hoping that it’s more of a precautionary move, and not being ruled out is probably a good sign.

Mike Williams (back) is officially questionable to return for the Chargers.
Williams has dealt with back issues throughout his career, so this isn’t great. Also keep in mind that the Chargers play on Thursday night next week, so the big receiver might have a difficult time getting back on the field even by Week 15.

Deebo Samuel (hamstring) is officially questionable to return for the 49ers.
Samuel limped off the field and flipped off his helmet, as he was clearly not happy after pulling up on a run, so this doesn’t look great. We’ll track Deebo’s status, but he looks unlikely to return to today’s game based on first glance.

Mike Gesicki leaves game with apparent shoulder injury.
Gesicki was down on the field after basically being folded up following a short grab, but hopefully it’s not as bad as it appeared it might have been. Before leaving the game, Gesicki caught five passes for 65 yards and two scores.
12/13/20 - 03:44 PM ET
Brandon Allen (leg) is doubtful to return.
Ryan Finley will likely finish the game for Cincinnati. Before leaving, Allen was 27-of-36 for 217 yards and one touchdown.
12/13/20 - 03:38 PM ET
Noah Fant (illness) ruled out for remainder of the game.
Fant left early with the illness, and he won’t return. Hopefully the second-year tight end ends up being OK and can play in Week 15. Fortunately, the Broncos play early with a Saturday matchup versus Buffalo, so fantasy owners can make a decision early.
