Join now >The Bears have selected Tulane wide receiver Darnell Mooney with the No. 173 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Mooney ran a 4.38 40-yard dash at the Combine and could develop into a vertical threat in Matt Nagy’s offense. The biggest adjustment he will have to make is facing stronger NFL cornerbacks, but Mooney should be monitored in all dynasty leagues.

The Lions have selected New Mexico State running back Jason Huntley with the No. 172 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Huntley—who ran a 4.37 at his Pro Day—will bring added juice offensively behind Kerryon Johnson and D’Andre Swift, but he will likely need to earn a roster spot this summer after Detroit had a couple of options emerge at the end of 2019. For now, consider him a dynasty stash with limited redraft appeal in 2020.

The Texans have selected Rhode Island wide receiver Isaiah Coulter with the No. 171 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Coulter was likely hurt by having just one year of significant production for a small school, but he’s an ascending prospect with plenty of upside to develop into a great route runner. Also, it’s worth noting that Coulter played really well in a matchup against Virginia Tech last year. The full scouting report for the rookie can be read via the link below, but he should be a tremendous value in dynasty leagues with not many having him on their radar, especially considering some of the health concerns on Houston’s depth chart.

The Eagles have selected Boise State wide receiver John Hightower with the No. 168 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Hightower is just another deep threat for what has now become an embarrassment of riches in that regard for Philadelphia, and he could also provide value in the return game. With Jalen Reagor, DeSean Jackson, and Marquise Goodwin (not to mention Alshon Jeffery and others) all ahead of him on the depth chart, though, Hightower is unlikely to be a fantasy contributor in 2020.

The Bills have selected Georgia quarterback Jake Fromm with the No. 167 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
In three years as the starter for the Bulldogs, Fromm completed 63.3% of his passes for 8,236 yards, 78 touchdowns, and 18 interceptions while helping lead the team to three SEC East titles (including an SEC championship victory in 2017), a Rose Bowl victory, and a national championship appearance as a true freshman. You can read our full scouting report for Fromm in the link below, but he works through progressions as well as any quarterback prospect in recent memory, and the “flaws” sound similar to question marks about Tom Brady and Drew Brees entering the league. Notably, Fromm forced both Jacob Eason and 2021 potential top-five pick Justin Fields to transfer because neither guy could beat him out for the starting job in college, so it would be unwise to overlook him despite coming off the board on Day 3. Remember, two current starters (Jarrett Stidham and Gardner Minshew) were drafted on the draft’s final day just last year, and there is a decent chance the entire league missed on Fromm—who Buffalo likely deemed too good of a value to pass up despite a strong quarterback room. From a fantasy perspective, Fromm will be a low-ceiling option if he ends up on the field early in his career, but now would be the time to invest in dynasty leagues.

The Lions have selected Wisconsin wide receiver Quintez Cephus with the No. 166 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Cephus was dinged by a slow 40 time at the Combine, but he’s a very tough receiver that played great in the Big Ten, so he may end up outplaying this draft position. In Detroit, the Wisconsin product will try to earn a role behind Kenny Golladay, Marvin Jones, and Danny Amendola with a real shot to earn the future slot role. Consider him a dynasty prospect for now.
4/25/20 - 03:03 PM ET
The Jaguars have selected Texas wide receiver Collin Johnson with the No. 165 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Johnson has tremendous size at six-foot-six, but he is also very smooth for his size and has the feet to get in and out of breaks. The Jaguars already drafted Laviska Shenault Jr. in the second round, so Johnson is another weapon for Gardner Minshew behind starters D.J. Chark and Dede Westbrook. He is unlikely to starter with redraft value in Week 1.
