Join now >Taylor Heinicke has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Heinicke is now almost certainly out for Week 15, so with Kyle Allen already on the list, Washington could be turning to Kyle Shurmur as their starter in a huge divisional game versus the Eagles on Sunday. Hopefully everyone that’s been placed on the list recently is feeling better, but this won’t be the last of the late-season issues around the league if changes aren’t made to some of the COVID rules.

Donald Parham carted off against the Chiefs.
Parham had his head hit the ground hard on a sliding catch attempt in the end zone early in the first quarter of the Week 15 Thursday night matchup. His facemask has been removed and he is now being stretchered off the field. The good news is Parham is showing movement, and hopefully this is just a precaution and he’ll be OK soon.

Case Keenum has tested positive for COVID-19.
The major COVID problems continue for the Browns, as Keenum joins starter Baker Mayfield on the COVID list ahead of Saturday’s matchup versus the Raiders. Nick Mullens is now in line to start for Cleveland in Week 15 after just getting called up to the active roster this week.

Damien Harris (hamstring) is officially questionable for Week 15.
Coming off the bye, Harris was able to be limited in practice all week ahead of Saturday night’s matchup against the Colts. Harris is looking like a game-time call, but we’d think he’ll push to play. If Harris travels to Indianapolis tomorrow, it would probably be a good sign for his status.

Darren Waller (knee) is not expected to play in Week 15, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
Waller will miss his third game in a row, so Derek Carr will be down his top playmaker against a fierce pass rush of the Browns. Foster Moreau might be able to finally hit as a plug-and-play option at tight end, but we wouldn’t strongly recommend him with bye weeks concluded and plenty of options available at the position. It sounds like Waller has a good chance to return in Week 16, though it’ll be interesting to see if the Saturday result is a factor.

Alex Collins has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Collins joins teammate Tyler Lockett on the list, and we can only hope this doesn’t turn into more widespread issues for Seattle ahead of their matchup versus Los Angeles. We’d expect the team will elevate Adrian Peterson from the practice squad this week (if healthy), but Rashaad Penny should be the clear lead back as a low-end RB2/FLEX option.

Tyler Lockett has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The issues continue to pile up around the league this week, and now fantasy owners will have to plan to be without Lockett on Sunday (his only shot to play would be a false positive). This news puts Seattle’s offense in a difficult spot ahead of a game they almost have to win against the Rams, but we’ll see if rookie Dee Eskridge is able to step up with a larger role. Also, not having Lockett is a further downgrade to Russell Wilson’s low-end QB1 outlook.
