Join now >Scotty Miller (hamstring) is doubtful to return to today’s game.
This is a shame for Miller, who is off to a nice start today with three receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown. Don’t expect Miller to return, and an injury this late in the year could easily mean he lands on injured reserve.

The Giants have placed Evan Engram (foot) on injured reserve.
New York had been holding out hope that Engram—who has been out since going down in Week 9—would be able to return this season, but foot injuries can be tricky, and his 2019 campaign is now over. In eight games, the former first-round pick caught 44 passes for 467 yards and three touchdowns for what was looking like a re-emergence, so it’s unfortunate that he had to deal with another injury. The talent is there for high-end TE1 production next season, but Engram will have missed 14-of-48 possible games since entering the league, and it will be interesting to see if the Giants make a coaching change. For now, consider Engram a solid TE1 in drafts this summer.

Mohamed Sanu (ankle) is officially active for the Patriots.
While Sanu was listed as questionable, he was fully expected to play against his former Bengals team. This is Sanu’s first game in Cincinnati since leaving the Bengals in 2015, but he’s difficult to trust in Week 15 fantasy lineups at less than 100%.

A.J. Green (ankle) is unlikely to play in the final two games of the season.
Green visited with Dr. Robert Anderson about his injured ankle yesterday and received good news and bad news. The star receiver isn’t likely to risk playing the final two games of this season, but Dr. Anderson told him he should have a full offseason and that the ankle injury should not hinder his effectiveness in the future. Green did not play at all this season after injuring his ankle early on the first day of training camp over the summer, and now the longtime Bengal is set to become a free agent, so he’ll obviously be a very interesting name all offseason unless he’s franchise-tagged or signs an extension with Cincinnati before free agency. Fantasy owners that spent a mid-round pick on Green this year did not have it work out, but it was worth the risk for a player of his caliber.

Julian Edelman (knee/shoulder) is officially active against the Bengals.
Edelman clearly remains banged up, as he has been for most of the season, but he’s ready to go for the Patriots. Edelman is a WR1 option for the second week of the fantasy playoffs.

The Buccaneers signed Cyril Grayson.
Grayson is a former track star at LSU, so he has the speed that Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians loves to utilize on offense. Grayson is not a highly recommended fantasy pickup, but he does have some intriguing upside in a Tampa Bay offense dealing with a plethora of injuries at wide receiver.

Bo Scarbrough (ribs) is officially inactive for Week 15.
Scarbrough missed practice at the end of the week, and he’s not ready to play against the Buccaneers. The Lions will go with a committee backfield today, and J.D. McKissic is probably the top play from the group against a tough Bucs defense.
