Join now >Josh Jacobs (shoulder) is officially inactive for Week 14.
There was some concern about Jacobs after reports popped up stating that he was not certain for today against the Titans, but it appeared the stud rookie running back would be good to go after a FOX Sports report said that he was expected to play. However, Jacobs is unable to go while dealing with his fractured shoulder, and he’s reportedly set to undergo an MRI this week. This is obviously a massive blow to both the Raiders and fantasy owners for Week 14. DeAndre Washington and Jalen Richard will handle most of the backfield work for Oakland today versus Tennessee.

Derrius Guice (knee) is officially out for the rest of today.
Guice is out to start the second half, which isn’t a surprise after he suffered a concerning knee injury in the first half. At least Guice appeared to be in pretty good spirits on the sidelines, so hopefully the Redskins are holding him out as a bit of a precaution. Before leaving, Guice had five carries for 42 yards against the Packers.

Mark Andrews (knee) is officially doubtful to return for the Ravens.
It would be a surprise if Andrews is able to return in the second half of today’s game at Buffalo. Before leaving, Andrews caught one pass for 14 yards before leaving.
12/8/19 - 02:42 PM ET
DeVante Parker (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of today.
Parker hit his head hard on the turf after a catch in the first half, and he’s been ruled out at the start of the second half. Before leaving, Parker had two receptions for 28 yards. The big receiver has been playing about as well as anyone over the past several weeks, so this is a considerable loss for both the Dolphins and fantasy owners. Hopefully Parker can get back on the field next week.
12/8/19 - 02:40 PM ET
Jared Cook (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of today.
Cook is now officially in concussion protocol and will have to get cleared to play for Week 15. Before leaving, Cook was fantastic, catching two passes for 64 yards and two touchdowns, so fantasy owners the used him in lineups have to be happy with the results when he was on the field. Hopefully the veteran tight end is feeling better soon.

Mark Andrews (knee) is officially questionable to return for the Ravens.
It’s unclear when exactly Andrews was injured, but it might have been on a diving attempt for a pass to the corner of the end zone early in the game. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on Andrews’ status.

Derrius Guice leaves game with apparent knee injury.
Guice went down after a long run, but he was fortunately able to walk off under his own power. We’ll provide and update when one becomes available.
