Join now >Damien Williams (ribs) officially did not practice today.
It’s not looking good for Williams in Week 14, but perhaps he can get back on the practice field tomorrow to potentially get on track to play on Sunday. Williams’ official status will be released ahead of the weekend.
12/5/19 - 05:16 PM ET
Josh Jacobs (shoulder) officially did not practice today.
Jacobs also missed practice yesterday, so his Week 14 status is now a slight concern. However, the stud rookie running back has shown he can play on Sundays without much practice time, and we expect he’ll be ready to face the Titans. It was revealed that Jacobs has been playing with a fractured shoulder for several weeks now, but he’s coming off his second consecutive AFC Offensive Rookie of the Month award. We’ll see how he’s listed on the final injury report tomorrow.
12/5/19 - 05:11 PM ET
The Cardinals claimed Dan Arnold.
The Saints were almost certainly hoping to get Arnold onto the practice squad, but Arizona scooped him off waivers. Arnold is an intriguing player for Kliff Kingsbury as a long, athletic tight end, and he’s someone to keep an eye on in dynasty leagues in particular.
12/5/19 - 04:47 PM ET
Jordan Howard (shoulder) officially remains limited in practice.
Howard has yet to be cleared for contact, and there seems to be no telling when he will be cleared. Expect Howard to remain limited in practice the next couple of days, but we’ll let you know if he happens to get cleared for contact and can begin practicing fully. The Eagles will release their final Week 14 injury report on Saturday.
12/5/19 - 03:58 PM ET
Marlon Mack (hand) was officially a full participant in today’s practice.
If something changes when the final Week 14 injury report is released tomorrow, we will let you know, but it looks like Mack is set to return for the Colts after missing the last two games. Despite facing the league’s No. 2 run defense in Tampa Bay, Mack remains in the RB2 mix on a team that is fully committed to running the football. Mack should be a boost in the lineup of fantasy owners in the playoffs.
12/5/19 - 03:29 PM ET
Adam Thielen (hamstring) officially remains out of practice.
It’s tough to see Thielen playing this Sunday after also missing yesterday’s practice. The final Week 14 injury report will be released tomorrow, and it’s possible Thielen is ruled out ahead of the weekend.
12/5/19 - 03:17 PM ET
James Conner (shoulder) will not play in Week 14.
Conner has been on the practice field this week, but he said told reporters after today’s practice that he won’t be playing against the Cardinals on Sunday. This is Conner’s third consecutive missed game, but he’s essentially been out of action since Week 8, only appearing briefly in Week 11 against the Browns since initially sustaining the injury. Fantasy owners will need to make other plans for the first week of the fantasy playoffs, and it’s tough to count on Conner being ready for next Sunday night against the Bills.
