Join now >The Giants waived Bennie Fowler.
The veteran receiver will now hit waivers, but he’s not likely to land in a situation where he finds immediate fantasy value for this season.

Devlin Hodges is starting in Week 13.
Hodges came off the bench and gave the Steelers a spark in their win over the Bengals last week, and head coach Mike Tomlin is hoping that can continue this Sunday against the Browns. The undrafted rookie has looked more comfortable than 2018 third-round pick Mason Rudolph over the past couple of weeks, but this doesn’t mean Pittsburgh still isn’t high on Rudolph long-term. From a fantasy perspective, this doesn’t really change much with the Steelers offense.

The Vikings waived Josh Doctson.
As Minnesota comes off the bye week, this probably indicates that Adam Thielen is set to return from his hamstring injury. The Vikings used one of their designated-to-return from injured reserve spots on Doctson, so this move is a slight surprise. The former first-round pick of the Redskins will now hit waivers, but perhaps he’ll land back with the Vikings soon if he goes unclaimed.

The Chargers released Dontrelle Inman from injured reserve.
Inman was placed on injured reserve on October 2 with a quad injury, but he’s now healthy and can join another team this season. Inman will first hit waivers tomorrow, but he’ll become an unrestricted free agent if no team claims him.

Marlon Mack (hand) will not play in Week 13.
Head coach Frank Reich made the announcement, and it unfortunately puts hopes for a quicker-than-anticipated return to rest. Coming off back-to-back 100-yard games, Jonathan Williams will draw another start and should be viewed as a low-end RB2/FLEX play with Nyheim Hines mixing in on passing downs. Hopefully Mack can return in time for the fantasy playoffs.

Jon Gruden told reporters that Hunter Renfrow (rib) may be done for the season.
As recently reported by NFL Network, the rookie has a punctured lung in addition to a broken rib, so more testing will determine whether or not he is done for the season. Renfrow had been becoming a bigger and bigger factor with 22 receptions, 281 yards, and two touchdowns over the past five games.

The Eagles have waived Jordan Matthews.
Matthews appeared in back-to-back games for the Eagles after being signed a couple of weeks ago, but this could be a sign that the receiving corps is getting healthier. Although he’s still just 27, the veteran is unlikely to land somewhere else and be a fantasy contributor down the stretch.
