Join now >The Cardinals designated Chase Edmonds (ankle) for return from injured reserve.
The Week 14 Monday night game against the Rams was the earliest Edmonds would be able to return from injured reserve, and it looks like he has a good shot to do so, as was the hope when he was placed on IR a few weeks ago. Edmonds now has 21 days before he must be activated (or spend the rest of the year on injured reserve), and he can be activated on gameday to play in Week 14.

Elijah Mitchell is dealing with a knee injury.
Mitchell had an MRI on his knee, and it doesn’t sound like anything serious was revealed. However, this paired with Mitchell being in the concussion protocol makes it look like an uphill battle for him to play in Week 14.

Mark Ingram was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The positive tests keep coming around the league, and Ingram will have a few days to get cleared for Sunday’s Week 14 matchup against the Jets.

The Chargers placed Mike Williams on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
First Keenan Allen yesterday, and now Williams unfortunately lands on the COVID list today. Hopefully both players are able to get cleared ahead of Week 14 against the Giants.

Adam Thielen (ankle) has officially been ruled out for Week 14.
Thielen suffered a high-ankle sprain just a few days ago, so this was fully expected. The veteran receiver can be considered week-to-week for now.
12/8/21 - 01:53 PM ET
Dalvin Cook (shoulder) is officially questionable for Week 14.
It appears Cook actually has a shot to play tomorrow night against the Steelers, but the expectation is that the dynamic running back will probably be held out through tomorrow night, with an eye toward getting him back for Week 15. Check back in tomorrow evening for Cook’s official status.
12/8/21 - 01:52 PM ET
Justin Fields (ribs) will start in Week 14.
Fields missed two games due to his rib injury, but it’s good to hear that he’s cleared to come back. The first-round rookie gets a tough matchup against the Packers on Sunday Night Football for his return.
