Join now >Alshon Jeffery (ankle) has officially been ruled out for Week 11.
Jeffery didn’t practice all week after hurting his injury in the Bears game from Week 9, and he’s been ruled out ahead of Sunday’s big game against the Patriots. This makes the Eagles more shorthanded against an elite defense, and it might lead to New England putting All-Pro cornerback Stephon Gilmore on tight end Zach Ertz while doubling receiver Nelson Agholor. Jeffery’s injury makes Carson Wentz an even worse play for Week 11.

Tim Patrick (shoulder) is questionable to return for the Broncos.
Patrick was carted to the locker room, so it obviously doesn’t look good for him. This is a shame for Patrick after he just got off injured reserve with a knee injury, but hopefully this injury isn’t as bad as it looks.

Jordan Howard (shoulder) is officially listed as questionable for Week 11.
Eagles head coach Doug Pederson says that Howard is dealing with a “stinger” from the Bears game a couple of weeks ago and has not been cleared for contact, so the bruising running back is now working against the clock as he looks to get cleared in time for Sunday afternoon. With the Eagles not kicking off until 4:25 PM ET, fantasy owners planning to use Howard need a backup plan in place from the later slate of games.

Kenyan Drake leads Cardinals backfield in Week 11.
Drake was reportedly getting most of the first-team work in practice leading up to this matchup with the 49ers, and he clearly led the Arizona backfield over David Johnson (zero touches). The former Dolphin had 16 carries for 67 yards along with six receptions for 13 yards, as the Niners clearly wanted to try to shut him down after he had an excellent game against them on Halloween a few weeks ago. But the heavy involvement (22 touches) made it a solid fantasy performance for the dynamic running back. The Cardinals now have a bye, and it’ll be interesting to see what Chase Edmonds’ role will be as he returns from a hamstring injury, but Drake has obviously become a key part of Kliff Kingsbury’s offense. Drake now has a bye before facing the Rams in Week 13.

Ty Johnson (concussion) is officially listed as questionable for Week 11.
Johnson was able to work his way up to a full practice today, so he appears to be getting close to clearing concussion protocol. If active, Johnson would be in the deep-league FLEX mix, but J.D. McKissic looks like the preferred fantasy option either way.

DaeSean Hamilton (knee) is officially active for Week 11.
Hamilton was expected to be ready to go coming off the bye, and he is indeed active against the Vikings. Hamilton has some PPR upside, but there are probably better options for your fantasy lineup in standard-sized leagues.
11/17/19 - 11:32 AM ET
The Broncos are activated Tim Patrick from injured reserve.
Patrick could return some fantasy value with Emmanuel Sanders now in San Francisco, but he’s not a recommended fantasy pickup in redraft leagues.
