Join now >Antonio Brown (ankle) is expected to miss at least the next two weeks, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Brown was already looking unlikely for Sunday versus Atlanta, and now he’ll likely be out for a huge game against the Bills in Week 14, t00. This is a definite disappointment with AB—who hasn’t even been placed on injured reserve—not having played since getting injured in Week 6, but Tampa Bay at least has Rob Gronkowski healthy. Despite a quiet showing last week, look for the combination of Chris Godwin and Mike Evans to continue as elite WR1 plays until AB returns.

Amari Cooper has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Cooper’s status was in doubt when it was reported he was still dealing with symptoms to start the week, but Dallas will have him back tomorrow night. Still, it’d be a surprise if the veteran played a full complement of snaps in his first game back, so Michael Gallup will remain a low-end WR2/FLEX, and Cooper—already prone to low-floor games—could have added volatility versus New Orleans.

D’Andre Swift (shoulder) could miss multiple weeks, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
Dan Campbell seemed to indicate this week that it’d be tough for Swift to play on Sunday, and the winless Lions are understandably being cautious as they look ahead to 2022. Swift does want to play, though, so we’d expect he will be back when healthy—but Jamaal Williams will lead the backfield until that happens. The veteran should be considered a strong RB2, and rookie Jermar Jefferson is expected to have an increased role behind him.

The Jets have activated Denzel Mims from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Mims is unfortunately not expected to be in the rotation for New York if Corey Davis (groin) returns on Sunday, so he should be viewed as a dynasty prospect right now. Elijah Moore should be the Jets’ top fantasy option this week against the Eagles.

Daniel Jones (neck) is considered week-to-week, according to NFL Network.
Jones suffered a neck strain on the second play of Sunday’s win over the Eagles, and he is now going to miss Week 13 and possibly beyond. It’s an unfortunate break with the Giants hoping to build momentum with the final wild card spot in the NFC up for grabs, but New York will now turn to Mike Glennon as the starter with new signing Jake Fromm backing him up until Jones is healthy enough to return. This news is an obvious downgrade to the entire offense from a fantasy perspective.

The Giants are signing Jake Fromm.
Fromm is going from the Bills practice squad to the Giants active roster, and it’s an interesting addition. Fromm really didn’t have much of a path in Buffalo behind Josh Allen, but we really liked him coming out of Georgia a couple of drafts ago. He’ll now look to develop in New York.

The Chiefs placed Jerick McKinnon (hamstring) on injured reserve.
McKinnon’s hamstring probably isn’t in great shape coming off the bye, and he’ll now miss at least the next three games while on IR. Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Williams are set to handle most of the passing down work for Kansas City.
