This is a disappointment with Shepard seemingly near a return, but he and a few others are either out or doubtful as New York continues to not be fully healthy as a group. The veteran has been out since Week 8 and has played in five games this season.

Jeremy McNichols (concussion) ruled out for Week 12.
McNichols will miss his second game in a row, so the Titans—having recently waived Adrian Peterson—will lean on D’Onta Foreman and Dontrell Hilliard as their top backs on Sunday. A.J. Brown (chest) has also been ruled out, which puts the offense in a very tough spot.

A.J. Brown (chest) ruled out for Week 12.
There was hope Brown would be OK to play after tests revealed he wasn’t dealing with a significant injury, but it’s enough to keep him out for at least one game. Tennessee will be severely undermanned with Derrick Henry (foot) and Julio Jones (hamstring) on injured reserve, so Ryan Tannehill needs to be downgraded perhaps even outside low-end QB2 range for a difficult road matchup versus New England. Look for Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Dez Fitzpatrick to see a lot of work on Sunday.

Darren Waller is dealing with a strained IT band in his knee, according to NFL Network.
It’s unclear how long the injury might keep him out, but it’s great news in general to not be dealing with a torn ligament based on how the he was bent up yesterday. Waller missing any games would make Foster Moreau a solid option at tight end, and the Raiders would likely try to get Bryan Edwards more consistently involved at wide receiver. There will be updates next week at practice, though we’d say fantasy owners can probably anticipate being without Waller for at least one game.

D’Andre Swift (shoulder) is considered day-to-day, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
This is a best-case scenario for fantasy owners after Swift didn’t finish yesterday’s game, and it sounds like he has a great chance of not missing any time with Detroit having a few extra days before Week 13. That said, the team—now at 0-10-1—had already wanted to limit the workload of the second-year back, so we’d expect Jamaal Williams will again be a significant factor alongside him after impressing on Thanksgiving. The Lions will take on the Vikings next weekend.

Antonio Brown (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 12.
A couple of weeks ago, there was some hope that Brown would be able to return for this Sunday against the Colts, but the timeline is moving back again, as now the word is that the hope is AB will be able to play in Week 13 against the Falcons. This is Brown’s fifth consecutive missed game.

Mark Ingram (knee) is officially inactive for Week 12.
This has been the expectation all day. The Saints are also again without Alvin Kamara (knee), so they’re in a tough spot facing the Bills on Thanksgiving Night.
