Stefon Diggs (hamstring) is officially active for the Vikings.

While it was concerning that Diggs landed on the injury report and was not a full practice participant while dealing with a hamstring issue, he was fully expected to be active for today’s Week 1 matchup. Diggs should be downgraded slightly at less than 100%, but he’s still at least a strong FLEX option to open the season.

The Texans placed Kahale Warring on injured reserve.

Warring has dealt with a hamstring injury snd concussion during the summer, so this isn’t a surprise. This might be a redshirt type of year for the third-round rookie. Houston also placed tight end Jordan Thomas on IR, so they could be set to spread the field with four-receiver sets a ton after acquiring Kenny Stills.

Jordan Wilkins (foot) returned to Colts practice.

After missing the entire preseason with a foot injury, Wilkins should be good to go for this Sunday’s regular season opener against the Chargers. Wilkins will likely work in for some time behind Marlon Mack and Nyheim Hines, but he’s not a recommended Week 1 fantasy option.

Antonio Brown is signing with the Patriots, according to multiple reports.

Well, after about the biggest circus in NFL history, Brown exits the situation in an ideal situation with probably the best chance possible to win a Super Bowl. You’d have to think New England will set themselves up to cut Brown without it costing them much if things don’t work out with his attitude, but this is obviously a huge upside signing adding one of the best players in football to the defending champions. AB is not eligible to play tomorrow night against his former Steelers team, but expect him to get back up to speed quickly and play in Week 2 versus the Dolphins. Catching passes from Tom Brady, Brown is back in the WR1 mix and offers top-five upside as usual despite joining a new offense without an offseason or training camp. This also should boost Brady into solid QB1 status. It cost burning bridges in two cities and causing dysfunction on two teams in the past several months, but Brown lands in the situation he might have been aiming for all along dating back to the end of last year.

The Texans placed Jordan Thomas on injured reserve.

Thomas is dealing with a rib injury. He can be brought back in eight weeks as a designated-to-return player, but he’s not a recommended fantasy hold.

Keke Coutee (ankle) is officially listed as questionable for Monday night.

Coutee was able to practice on a limited basis all week in practice, and he looks to have given himself a realistic shot at playing in the Week 1 matchup at New Orleans on Monday evening. Coutee won’t be a highly recommended fantasy option if he is active, but his presence would be a boost for Deshaun Watson and company.

The Colts signed Jacoby Brissett to a two-year contract, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

Rapoport says the new contract is worth $30 million with $20 million guaranteed. This is obviously a win for both sides, as Brissett gets some extra security (and a lot of money) while Indy locks up their new starting quarterback at a below-market deal for a starter. Brissett has drawn rave reviews from coaches and teammates, and it’ll be interesting to watch his progression in 2019 and beyond.
