The Bills are signing Jamison Crowder to a one-year deal.

Crowder is getting a deal worth up to $4 million as he jumps from the Jets to a division rival, and this is likely a best-case scenario for his 2022 value by joining the high-powered Buffalo offense. It’s also good news for Gabriel Davis and his status as the No. 2 wideout, as Crowder should split time with Isaiah McKenzie handling slot duties and could have a role similar to Cole Beasley down the stretch last season—with varied playing time possible depending on the weekly matchup. We’ll see if the Bills end up adding another wideout with a Day 1 or Day 2 pick in next month’s draft.

The Falcons are signing Marcus Mariota to a two-year deal.

Mariota was rumored to be reuniting with Arther Smith as soon as Matt Ryan was traded to the Colts, and now the sides have come to an agreement making the former No. 2 overall pick the team’s new starter. Atlanta should still remain a top candidate to draft a quarterback, but this is a great landing spot for Mariota to get another chance to start, and the franchise drafting someone that could use development (such as Liberty’s Malik Willis) could allow him to start for the duration of the two-year contract. Now the team needs to add playmakers at wide receiver, but the offense will be built around second-year tight end Kyle Pitts with Cordarrelle Patterson also back as a versatile weapon, and Mariota’s rushing ability makes him at least an upside QB2.

The Eagles are signing Zach Pascal.

Pascal to Philadephia has been rumored since the start of free agency, and he reunites with head coach Nick Sirianni from their time together in Indianapolis. The veteran will immediately slide in as at least the No. 3 wideout with a possession skillset that complements Quez Watkins and Jalen Reagor behind No. 1 target DeVonta Smith. We’d still assume the Eagles are a good bet to add a rookie on Day 2 of the draft—if not the first round.

The Jaguars officially re-signed Laquon Treadwell.

This was expected after Treadwell flashed as a perimeter receiving option for Trevor Lawrence last season. Now playing for a new coaching staff under Doug Pederson, Treadwell will look to win a big role on the outside this summer. The former first-round pick of the Vikings is someone to watch in deeper dynasty leagues.

The Saints are re-signing Jameis Winston, according to multiple reports.

It’s reportedly a two-year deal for Winston, who returns to New Orleans after going 5-2 as a starter last season. This was fully expected to happen when the Saints did not acquire Deshaun Watson, and it probably became a lock when the Colts acquired Matt Ryan just a little bit ago. The quarterback dominoes continue to fall, but Atlanta now has an opening. Marcus Mariota, the No. 2 pick in the 2015 draft behind Winston, remains the biggest free-agent name still available at quarterback, and the status of 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo also remains uncertain at this stage.
