Divisional Round Underdogs With The Best Value Odds To Win The Super Bowl

Eight teams remain in the NFL postseason, and one of the greatest annual weekends in sports will cut that number in half. Among the four underdogs for the Divisional Round, which team is the best value to advance and eventually win it all?

1. San Francisco 49ers (+1000)

While this Saturday night at Lambeau Field will be a major challenge, the Niners are built to beat any team in a given week. San Fran is healthy entering the Divisional Round, with Jimmy Garoppolo, Fred Warner, and Nick Bosa all set to play, and the squad has the confidence that they can go toe-to-toe with the NFC’s top seed. Perhaps undervalued ahead of the start of the postseason, the Niners are a legit Super Bowl contender with +1000 odds. Also, keep in mind that the Niners have owned their recent matchups with the Rams (6-0 in the past six contests), a potential opponent in the NFC Championship Game.

2. Buffalo Bills (+475)

A few apps for New York have launched online sports betting and some of them are still offering promos for new users, so Bills fans in the state might want to quickly get in on the legal betting action. While the Bills opened as underdogs for this weekend’s game against the Chiefs, they are still considered a top contender for the Super Bowl and are a potential value at +475. Boasting an elite defense and an offense that can light up the scoreboard with Josh Allen and company, Buffalo is given the clear top odds of winning it all among the four underdogs in play this weekend.

3. Cincinnati Bengals (+1400)

Given the lowest odds of winning it all among the NFL’s remaining eight teams, the Bengals offer the highest return opportunity for bettors. But would anyone be surprised by Joe Burrow leading his team to a championship, especially given how crazy and parity-filled the 2021 season has been? First order of business is knocking off the Titans, but if the Bengals were wearing different uniforms (they haven’t had a ton of success over the years, just securing their first postseason victory in 31 years), they might be higher than +1400.

4. Los Angeles Rams (+700)

The Rams come into the weekend with the fifth-best odds to win the Super Bowl. It’s a fair position, but +700 doesn’t feel like a great value compared to the other three underdogs in the Divisional Round. They should actually match up quite well with the Bucs this weekend, but both the Packers and the 49ers feel like tough opponents for them, and the AFC obviously has tough teams for a potential appearance in the Big Game.
