WOLF SPORTS PROJECTION

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster has been waived/injured.

Foster will go through waivers, but could eventually return to the Dolphins. Since breaking out with Josh Allen at the end of his rookie season, Foster has caught just five passes across the past two years.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

The Bills have released Robert Foster.

Buffalo was reportedly trying to trade the deep threat, but they couldn’t find any takers, and he will now likely get an opportunity to head elsewhere. Depending on the landing spot, fantasy relevancy is possible.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

The Bills re-signed Robert Foster.

Foster is an exclusive rights free agent, so this was fully expected. The deep threat will look to carve out a more consistent role in Buffalo's offense this season, but he'll likely just be a flier pick toward the end of 2020 fantasy drafts.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster (hamstring) is officially active for Week 13.

This is a bit of a surprise after Foster just pulled his hamstring a few days ago, but he probably really did not want to miss the opportunity to play on Thanksgiving. The big-play second-year receiver is not a highly recommended fantasy option against the Cowboys, but his presence is a boost for the Bills in real life.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for tomorrow.

Foster was just injured on Sunday, but he has a shot to play in tomorrow's Thanksgiving game against the Cowboys after the Bills listed him as a limited practice participant in each of the last two days. Having the second-year receiver active would be a boost for the Bills in real life, but Foster is difficult to trust in fantasy lineups at the moment.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster (hamstring) is officially questionable to return for the Bills.

Foster had a nice first-down reception, but he came up lame and was on the ground while holding his hamstring. Hopefully the injury isn't as bad as it looks, but it might be tough for Foster to return today.

Robert Foster scores in win over the Dolphins

Foster caught four passes for 21 yards, including a nice back-shoulder connection with Josh Allen for six. The undrafted rookie out of Alabama rocketed past expectations—and his college numbers—this season, catching 27 passes for 541 yards (20.0 average) and three touchdowns, with almost all the production coming over the past seven games. The team is sure to add talent at the position in 2019, but Foster has probably shown enough to start on the outside as a field-stretcher, which makes him an upside pick in the middle rounds of fantasy drafts.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster catches four passes against the Patriots.

Foster gained 52 yards on his four receptions in the Bills' Week 16 loss. Foster has at least 50 yards in five of his six games since becoming a regular contributor on offense for Buffalo, but he next faces a Miami team that was the only one to hold him under the 50-yard mark in the six-game stretch. Still, the undrafted rookie will look to end his excellent first season on a good note.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster scores game-winning touchdown in win over the Lions.

Foster caught four passes for 108 yards, including a 42-yard score in the fourth quarter of a 14-13 victory. It was the fourth time over the past five games that Foster has gone for 94+ yards, and he has three 100-yard games over that span. The floor is low, but the rookie out of Alabama deserves consideration in all formats as a big-play FLEX option that is averaging 24.6 yards per reception.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster goes over 100 yards in Bills' loss.

Foster caught seven passes (on eight targets) for 104 yards against the Jets. The undrafted rookie receiver now already has his second 100-yard receiving game since getting regular playing time the last four weeks, and he also has a 94-yard game in that span. Foster should be owned in all dynasty leagues, and he's worth a look as a pickup in redraft leagues, particularly deeper ones.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster catches one pass in Week 13.

Foster's lone reception went for 27 yards. Foster has big-play ability, but hopefully you didn't chase the points from the last two games for your FLEX option this week. Foster is a dynasty-league hold.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster catches 75-yard touchdown in win over the Jaguars.

Foster was able to get behind Jacksonville's secondary in the first half, and Josh Allen took a hit and threw a perfect ball for six. The Alabama product finished with two receptions for 94 yards and the score. He has a zero-point floor, but Foster might be a decent lottery ticket down the stretch because of his penchant to get deep combined with Allen's arm strength.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster goes over 100 yards in Bills' win.

Foster was a big-play receiver throughout the game for Matt Barkley, as he caught three passes (on four targets) for 105 yards against the Jets. Meanwhile, Kelvin Benjamin didn't catch any passes in the Week 10 win, so Foster might be set to assume a larger role in Buffalo's offense after the bye. Foster was with Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll last season when Daboll was the offensive coordinator for Alabama, so he's probably comfortable in the offense. He's someone to watch in dynasty leagues in particular.

Robert Foster | Giants WR

Robert Foster makes first career catch in Week 2 loss.

It was an 11-yard reception that went for a first down. The undrafted rookie out of Alabama has a chance to step up on a depth chart that lacks talent, but he isn't on the fantasy radar right now.
