Join now >Jacoby Brissett (knee) is officially questionable to return for the Dolphins.
Brissett was moving around on the sidelines well after he was injured on a sack, and he was ready to enter the game, but Dolphins head coach Brian Flores appeared to tell him to stay out. Instead, the Dolphins are going with Tua Tagovailoa, who is dealing with a fractured finger. Miami is currently up 6-3 versus the Ravens early in the third quarter.

Sammy Watkins (thigh) is officially active for Thursday night.
Watkins missed three games with this hamstring/thigh issue, but he’s back for the Week 10 matchup with the Dolphins. It’ll be interesting to see Watkins in the receiving group along with Marquise Brown and rookie Rashod Bateman.

Latavius Murray (ankle) has officially been ruled out for Week 10.
This is Murray’s third consecutive missed game with his ankle injury. The short week for the Thursday night matchup probably made it tough for Murray to get ready to return to the lineup, but hopefully he can come back in Week 11.

Tua Tagovailoa (finger) will not start tonight.
Tua is still recovering from his fractured finger on his throwing hand, and Jacoby Brissett will draw a second consecutive start for tonight’s Thursday night matchup with the Ravens. Tagovailoa will be the emergency backup quarterback for the Dolphins.

Odell Beckham Jr. is signing with the Rams, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Los Angeles hadn’t even really been brought up as a possible destination because they appear to be set at wide receiver with Van Jefferson as the No. 3, but OBJ must like what he heard about a potential role and/or money with the Rams, and he might also be drawn to the city itself. While this signing could slightly ding Cooper Kupp’s outlook as a high-end WR1 and Robert Woods as a WR2 (plus Jefferson’s FLEX standing), it also wouldn’t be a surprise if Beckham wasn’t a huge statistical contributor over the second half of the season. Consider the 29-year-old an upside—and likely volatile—FLEX with the Rams, and his presence can boost the value of Matthew Stafford.

The Panthers are signing Cam Newton.
The former NFL MVP is back in Carolina, as Sam Darnold’s shoulder injury opened the door for a reunion, and at 4-5, the Panthers need a spark to turn things around. It’s highly unlikely Newton would start this week, but he realistically has QB1 upside because of his rushing ability, and this can hopefully be a boost to the ground game of the Panthers. After this weekend’s game against the Cardinals, Newton should be in the lineup for a couple of winnable spots versus Washington and Miami.

A.J. Green has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Green missed last week’s game, but he will be back in the lineup on Sunday to provide a boost whether or not Kyler Murray (ankle) also returns. DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) playing and being occupied by Stephon Gilmore would be a boost to the outlooks for Green and Christian Kirk this weekend.
