Mo Alie-Cox | Colts TE

Mo Alie-Cox held without a catch in playoff loss.

Alie-Cox had an end-zone target go through his hands at the end of the first half on a jump ball, and the Colts unfortunately missed a short field goal on the next play. The former basketball player will probably remain the No. 3 tight end in Frank Reich’s offense next season.

Mike Wallace | Free Agent WR

Mike Wallace (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Bears.

The Eagles will continue rolling with Jordan Matthews as the No. 4 receiver behind Alshon Jeffery, Nelson Agholor, and Golden Tate, but perhaps Wallace will return if they beat Chicago in the Wild Card Round.

Joe Callahan | Free Agent QB

The Buccaneers signed quarterback Joe Callahan to a future/reserve contract.

Callahan is an interesting quarterback that can certainly sling the football around, and he’ll now have an opportunity to potentially prove himself to a new coaching staff while on an even playing field with the other quarterback looking to compete for the backup job behind Jameis Winston, who apparently is locked in as the team’s starter in 2019.

Blake Jarwin | Free Agent TE

Blake Jarwin catches two passes in the Divisional Round.

Jarwin gained 17 yards on his two receptions in the Cowboys’ playoff loss. Entering his third NFL season, Jarwin will look to carry the late-season flashes he showed into the offseason. He might work his way into fantasy TE1 value if he can emerge as Dallas’ clear top tight end in 2019.

1/12/19 - 11:39 PM ET

Travis Kelce | Chiefs TE

Travis Kelce leads the Chiefs in Divisional Round receiving.

Kelce caught seven passes for 108 yards in the playoff victory over the Colts. The All-Pro tight end was a reliable target for Patrick Mahomes throughout the game, and he had a long reception of 30 yards. He was also open for a potential touchdown on a deep corner route, but Mahomes’ throw was off-target. Kelce will obviously be a big key in the AFC title game next weekend.

1/12/19 - 08:03 PM ET

Lamar Jackson | Ravens QB

Lamar Jackson, Ravens fall in the Wild Card Round to the Chargers, 23-17.

Jackson was 14/29 for 194 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception, also adding nine carries for 54 yards and three fumbles (one lost). Baltimore’s offense struggled basically all day and trailed 23-3 in the fourth quarter, but a couple late touchdown throws by the rookie got them back in it, and they had an opportunity for a game-winning touchdown drive with less than a minute to play before Jackson was strip sacked. It was somewhat surprising that Joe Flacco didn’t come in down three possession, but it’s clear Jackson is the future, and hopefully the late run can build confidence into 2019. While he will certainly deserve QB1 consideration in fantasy drafts next summer, Jackson needs to improve as a passer, and opposing defensive coordinators have an entire offseason to pick apart his game.

1/6/19 - 04:28 PM ET

J.D. McKissic | Free Agent RB

J.D. McKissic scores in loss to the Cowboys.

McKissic caught two passes for 13 yards, including a seven-yard touchdown late in the fourth quarter to cut the Dallas lead to 24-22 (including the two-point conversion). Unfortunately, Seattle couldn’t recover the onside kick. McKissic is unlikely to make much of a fantasy impact in 2019.
