Hunter Henry | Patriots TE

Hunter Henry (knee) was not activated and will not play in Sunday’s game against the Ravens.

ESPN had reported that Henry would return this week, but the team had until 4 PM ET to activate him, which didn’t happen. Now, Henry will target the Divisional Round if Los Angeles can advance, so the Chargers once again need to rely on Antonio Gates and Virgil Green tomorrow in Baltimore.

1/5/19 - 04:02 PM ET

Rex Burkhead | Free Agent RB

Rex Burkhead scores in win over the Chargers.

Burkhead rushed four times for 12 yards, including a six-yard score. He also caught a seven-yard pass on his only target. Burkhead should once again see a handful of touches next week in the AFC Championship Game while also making an impact on special teams.

1/13/19 - 04:41 PM ET

Justin Jackson | Retired RB

Justin Jackson gets two carries in Chargers’ playoff win.

Jackson gained five yards on his two rushing attempts against the Ravens. The rookie running back will continue working as the third running back for LA as they head to Foxboro for next weekend’s Divisional Round.

1/6/19 - 04:33 PM ET

Philip Rivers | Retired QB

Philip Rivers throws three touchdowns in Chargers’ playoff loss.

Rivers was 25/51 for 331 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in the Divisional Round loss in Foxboro. The Patriots basically did whatever they wanted both on the ground and through the air on offense, putting up 35 points in the first half and forcing the Chargers to sling the ball around to attempt to make it a game. Rivers’ first touchdown was to a wide-open Keenan Allen for 43 yards on a double-move in the first-quarter, and then he hit Virgil Green and Antonio Gates for his next two scores in a comeback attempt. He also hit Keenan Allen for a two-point conversion. The 37-year-old is unfortunately still looking for his first Super Bowl appearance, but he’ll return next season to a stacked roster. Fantasy wise, Rivers will remain in the QB1 mix for 2019.

1/13/19 - 04:40 PM ET

Zach Pascal | Giants WR

Zach Pascal (knee) is officially active for the Wild Card Round.

Pascal was able to practice fully in the final practice of the week on Thursday, so this was expected. The rookie receiver had a touchdown against Houston in each of his two games against them during the regular season, so he could be big for Indy today.

1/5/19 - 03:06 PM ET

Sony Michel | Retired RB

Sony Michel goes off in playoff victory.

Michel rushed 24 times for 129 yards and three touchdowns, also adding a nine-yard reception. The Chargers simply had no answers for the New England ground game, as Michel found the end zone three times in the first half as the Pats jumped out to a 35-7 lead. We should see a heavy dose of the Georgia product next Sunday in the AFC Championship Game against Kansas City.

1/13/19 - 04:39 PM ET

Kenneth Dixon | Free Agent RB

Kenneth Dixon handles nine touches in playoff loss.

Dixon rushed six times for 13 yards and caught three passes for 53 yards. He also lost a fumble in the first half that set up a Los Angeles field goal. The Ravens went to more of a split between starter Gus Edwards and Dixon down the stretch, and it will be interesting to see if they roll with the same combo in 2019. For now, Dixon can be considered a decent late-round selection in fantasy drafts next year.
