Join now >Stevan Ridley scores against the Raiders.
Ridley had five carries for four yards and a touchdown in the Steelers’ Week 14 loss, with the score coming on a goal-line carry. The veteran running back has shown he can convert down at the goal line, so it was expected that he’d be the preferred option down there with James Conner (ankle) out. If Conner remains out in Week 15, Ridley would be a touchdown-dependent FLEX option against the Patriots, his former team.

Jordan Reed (ankle/foot) is out for Week 15.
This was fully expected, as there’s a chance Reed’s season is over. The Redskins have yet to place him on injured reserve, though. Vernon Davis will be Washington’s top tight end against Jacksonville on Sunday.

John Ross scores in Week 14 loss.
Ross caught two passes for 11 yards, including a six-yard touchdown in the second quarter. The 2017 first-round pick hasn’t broken out with just 200 yards this season, but he has found the end zone six times, including in four of the past five games. Ross will look to get behind the Oakland defense next week.
12/10/18 - 12:38 PM ET
Chris Thompson (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday.
We would think Thompson will be OK t face the Jaguars in a couple of days, but check back for his official Week 15 status on Sunday morning.
12/14/18 - 01:29 PM ET
Jaylen Samuels gets 18 touches in Week 14.
Samuels carried 11 times for 28 yards and caught seven passes (on seven targets) for 64 yards against the Raiders. He worked as the clear top running back with James Conner (ankle) out, but it was the veteran Stevan Ridley that punched in a score on a goal-line carry. Conner probably has a shot to return in Week 15 against the Patriots, but Samuels would remain a solid option for the second week of the fantasy playoffs if Conner is out.
12/10/18 - 12:37 PM ET
Josh Doctson (concussion) is officially questionable for Week 15.
Doctson is in the final step of concussion protocol, and there’s optimism that he can be cleared by Sunday’s game against the Jaguars. Doctson’s status will be known by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday, but he’s not a highly-recommended fantasy option for the second week of the fantasy playoffs.
12/14/18 - 01:27 PM ET
Cody Core caught three passes for 30 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Chargers.
Core was a factor behind Tyler Boyd, but fantasy owner should look elsewhere down the stretch. Cincinnati takes on Oakland in Week 15.
