Boyd was quiet for most of the day, but he still ended up leading the team in receiving on six targets. While more volatile with Jeff Driskel under center for Andy Dalton (thumb), Boyd is worth a look as a quality FLEX option next week when the Bengals take on the Raiders, who were just shredded by JuJu Smith-Schuster (8/130/2).

Carson Wentz (back) is questionable for Week 15.
Eagles head coach Doug Pederson says Wentz’s injury is a “stress” injury that’s gotten worse over time, adding that they won’t put their franchise quarterback out there unless he 100% cannot worsen the injury by playing. Pederson got pretty angry with the media and said he didn’t want to share more information, but he did reveal that this could take three months to heal. Nick Foles is still expected to start against the Rams on Sunday night, but there’s a chance Wentz makes a push to play up until pregame warmups. Ideally, you won’t have to rely on either Eagles quarterback as your QB1 option in the second week of the fantasy playoffs.

Giovani Bernard handles five touches in loss to the Chargers.
Bernard rushed three times for seven yards and caught two passes for 13 yards. Cincinnati finally fed Joe Mixon (31 touches for 138 yards and a score) in a near upset victory, so Bernard was mostly an afterthought that only saw time in some obvious passing situations or when the starter needed a quick breather. Fantasy owners will hopefully have other options in Week 15.

Keenan Allen (hip) did not return to Thursday night’s win over the Chiefs.
Allen left the game in the first half, re-entered, and the left again before sitting on the sidelines the rest of the way. He didn’t catch a pass, but perhaps his chances of suiting up for Week 16—against a tough Baltimore defense—are increased now that the Chargers have a real shot at the AFC West and potentially the No. 1 seed in the conference. If Allen does end up playing, he would probably remain a solid WR1 for the fantasy championship.

Trent Taylor catches one pass in Week 14.
Taylor gained six yards on his lone reception against the Broncos. The second-year receiver also had a drop that was then popped into the air and intercepted, so it wasn’t one of his better games. Taylor is difficult to trust in fantasy lineups.

Demetrius Harris held without a catch in Week 15 loss.
Harris was targeted twice, including on a screen that could have gone for a nice chunk of yardage if it was completed. The veteran isn’t a recommended fantasy option behind Travis Kelce.
12/14/18 - 12:22 AM ET
Marquise Goodwin catches two passes in Week 14.
Goodwin gained 20 yards on his two receptions against the Broncos. It was good to see the track-speed receiver back on the field after missing the last two games with a personal matter, and hopefully everything is OK with him and his family. He’s not a highly-recommended fantasy play as a boom/bust option.
