Levine Toilolo | Giants TE

Levine Toilolo caught four passes for 90 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Rams.

Toilolo led the team in yards, but even with Detroit lacking playmakers, that isn’t something we should expect to continue down the stretch. The veteran won’t be a strong fantasy option next Sunday against the Cardinals.

Jalen Richard | Free Agent RB

Jalen Richard goes over 125 total yards in Week 13.

Richard carried six times for 95 yards and caught three passes for 31 yards against the Chiefs. He also lost a fumble, as did the other two running backs for Oakland. Richard picked up chunk yardage throughout the game, and his 95 rushing yards were a career-high. This could earn Richard more carries in the final four games of the season, but he’s difficult to trust in standard-sized leagues next week against the Steelers.

Mark Walton | Free Agent RB

Mark Walton gets one carry in Week 13.

Walton gained ten yards on his lone attempt versus the Broncos. The rookie running back is not a fantasy option right now.

12/3/18 - 08:12 AM ET

Curtis Samuel | Bills WR

Curtis Samuel totals 96 yards in Week 13 loss.

Samuel caught six passes for a team-high 88 yards, also adding an eight-yard rush. The 2017 second-round pick led the Panthers with 11 targets, and he could be a difference-maker down the stretch if that usage continues against a soft schedule (@ CLE, v NO, v ATL, @ NO). Samuel could probably disappear in any given week if the offense doesn’t make it a point to get him touches, but he certainly has the talent to pay dividends as a FLEX option in all formats.

Chase Daniel | Free Agent QB

Chase Daniel throws two interceptions in Bears’ loss.

Daniel was 26/39 for 285 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions against the Giants. He also had four fumbles (but none lost) in the Week 13 loss. Daniel held the ball too long at times, but the Giants got pressure on him to make things difficult. The touchdown was a short one at the goal line to Adam Shaheen, and Daniel made some more good throws throughout the game including a dime to Tarik Cohen down the right sideline on a wheel route late in the fourth quarter to help set up a game-tying touchdown to send the game to overtime. Hopefully Mitchell Trubisky (shoulder) is OK for a Sunday night matchup against the Rams in Week 14, and Daniel would not be a recommended fantasy option if forced to make a third straight start.

12/3/18 - 09:34 AM ET

Chris Herndon | Saints TE

Chris Herndon caught two passes for 31 yards in Sunday’s loss.

Herndon saw a healthy six targets, but the Jets really struggled to move the ball through the air. Look for the rookie to remain involved next week in Buffalo, but he’s nothing more than a low-end TE2 option for the fantasy playoffs.

12/3/18 - 12:09 PM ET

Giovani Bernard | Retired RB

Giovani Bernard gets 11 touches against the Broncos.

Bernard carried five times for 14 yards and caught six passes for 32 yards in the Bengals’ Week 13 loss. It was good to see Bernard get more involved, but he’s difficult to trust in fantasy lineups in the first week of the fantasy playoffs.
