The NFL has officially placed Kareem Hunt on the Commissioner’s Exempt List.

The NFL says it will now launch an investigation including the new information (the video) released today. It was really only a matter of time before this was going to happen, as there was not much of a chance that Hunt would be allowed to play this Sunday versus the Raiders. Being on the Exempt List basically means Hunt will still be paid, but he will not count against the 53-man roster for the Chiefs and he cannot practice or play with the team. Considering the presence of a video with definite proof of Hunt’s terrible act, we’d say his season is probably over. Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott was suspended six games last season in a situation where he fully denied any wrongdoing throughout, so that might be the low-end of any potential suspension for Hunt, who might just stay on the Exempt List for the rest of the season. Spencer Ware is obviously a must-add as at least an excellent RB2 option over the final five weeks of the season, so pick him up if he’s somehow still available in your league.

Darren Sproles (hamstring) remains limited in practice.

Two straight limited practices is a good sign for the veteran running back, and we’ll see how he’s listed on the final Week 13 injury report when it’s released tomorrow. He probably has a shot to play in the game, but he wouldn’t be a highly-recommended fantasy option if he does suit up.

The Buccaneers promoted Bobo Wilson to the 53-man roster.

With DeSean Jackson (thumb) out, Wilson is getting another crack in Tampa Bay’s receiving group. The second-year receiver has upside, but he doesn’t need to be owned in standard-sized redraft fantasy leagues right now.

Michael Roberts (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Week 13.

Roberts’ shoulder has been giving him issues, and it surprisingly looks like he won’t play after he played on Thanksgiving last week and didn’t appear to suffer any setbacks. Expect Roberts to be ruled out on Sunday.

Kerryon Johnson (knee) is officially out for Sunday.

This is Johnson’s second straight missed game, which was expected after he was declared week-to-week with his knee injury suffered in Week 11. The rookie running back should have a decent chance to return next Sunday against the Cardinals, but the Lions might opt to take things slow with him. LeGarrette Blount will get another start after he ran for two touchdowns on Thanksgiving, and he’s a solid FLEX option against a Rams defense giving up 5.2 yards per carry.

Taywan Taylor is off the Week 13 injury report.

After missing the last three games with a foot injury, the explosive second-year receiver is back for the Titans. Taylor isn’t a recommended fantasy option against the Jets, but he’ll help bring more speed to Tennessee’s offense.

Randall Cobb (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday.

Cobb is expected to return to the field against the Cardinals, but it’s not surprising that he’s listed as questionable heading into the weekend. The Packers play at 1:00 PM ET, so Cobb’s status will be known before any of the games kickoff on Sunday.
