Sam Darnold (foot) has been ruled out for Week 12.

Darnold wasn’t expected to play against the Patriots, and this confirms it. Veteran Josh McCown will be under center again, but while he should fare much better than he did in the blowout loss to Buffalo before the bye, New York’s signal-caller isn’t a recommended fantasy option this weekend.

A.J. Green (toe) is listed as questionable for Week 12.

Green looked to be set to play this week after he tested the toe in pregame warmups last Sunday, but he looks to be on the wrong side of questionable after declining to speak to reporters and not practicing. Perhaps Green will make a push to play over the next couple days to be active against the Browns—and obviously it’s better to be questionable than doubtful—but fantasy owners need to have a backup plan in place for Sunday. Fortunately, the Bengals kickoff at 1 PM ET.

Logan Paulsen catches one pass in loss to the Saints.

It was a two-yard reception on his only target of the game. Paulsen isn’t a recommended fantasy option as the No. 2 tight end for Atlanta.

Marvin Hall held without a catch in loss to the Saints.

Hall had a chance at a touchdown in the fourth quarter, but Matt Ryan threw it behind him on a designed pick-and-slant play. The 25-year-old won’t be a recommended fantasy option next week against the Ravens.

Keith Kirkwood scores first career touchdown in win over the Falcons.

The score came from five yards away on a nice diving grab in the fourth quarter, and it was his only catch of the game. Kirkwood won’t be a recommended fantasy option in Week 13 against the Cowboys on Thursday Night Football.

Austin Carr catches first 12-yard score in win over the Falcons.

The touchdown came on a busted coverage and was his only reception of the game. The 24-year-old has scored in each of the past two weeks, but he won’t be a highly recommended fantasy option in Week 13 against the Cowboys.

Benjamin Watson catches 20-yard pass in Week 12 win over the Falcons.

Watson was targeted just twice in the victory, but the other was a near touchdown that he couldn’t hold onto in coverage down the seam. Next week against Dallas, the veteran will be difficult to trust as anything more than a low-end TE2 on an offense that spreads the ball around.
