Kerryon Johnson (knee) will not return to today’s game.

This probably isn’t a great sign for the rookie running back, but hopefully he’s not out for longer than the rest of today’s game. Before leaving, Johnson had 15 carries for 87 yards and a touchdown along with two receptions for ten yards. The score was on a toss where he basically walked in for eight yards. More information on Johnson’s status should become available in the next day or so.

Theo Riddick gets six touches in Week 11.

Riddick carried once for no yards and caught five passes (on seven targets) for 30 yards. If Kerryon Jonson (knee) misses time, Riddick would be in the FLEX conversation for PPR leagues in particular.

Kerryon Johnson leaves game with apparent leg injury.

Johnson was getting looked at on the trainer’s table on the sideline and now he’s headed to the locker room. The talented second-round rookie is having another fantastic game, and hopefully he’s able to get back on the field soon. It’s being called a knee injury for Johnson, however, it’s obviously unclear if this is a serious injury or not. We’ll update you as more information becomes available.

LeGarrette Blount gets seven carries in Week 11.

Blount gained just one yard on his seven attempts. He’s being clearly outperformed by rookie Kerryon Johnson (15 carries, 87 yards, touchdown), but Johnson had to leave the game with a knee injury. Blount would enter the FLEX conversation if Johnson misses time, but he’s averaging less than a yard per carry the last four weeks.

The Buccaneers have benched Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Fitzpatrick simply isn’t playing well today, so he’s been benched for Jameis Winston again. Before leaving, Fitzpatrick was 13/21 for 167 yards and two touchdowns along with four carries for 14 yards and a rushing touchdown. The Bucs are down just 17 points, so Winston will attempt to bring them back; he might regain the starting job moving forward regardless, though. Hopefully you weren’t playing with fire by having Fitzpatrick in your Week 11 fantasy lineup.

Matthew Stafford throws one touchdown in Lions’ win.

Stafford was 23/37 for 220 yards and one touchdown along with three carries for six yards against the Panthers. It was a solid mistake-free game for Stafford all game, and his best throw was a 19-yard dime to Kenny Golladay, who made a great leaping catch in very tight coverage. Stafford hasn’t been a QB1 this season, and he has a tough matchup on Thanksgiving against the Bears. However, he’s had strong showings on Thanksgiving, so Week 12 might be a week to use him if you need a fill-in for your lineup.

Alex Smith suffers lower leg injury against the Texans.

Smith was just taken down on a third-down sack and appeared to suffer a very serious lower leg/ankle injury. It was one of those ugly freak injuries, and the cart is now coming out for Smith. Colt McCoy has a lot of experience in Jay Gruden’s offense and will now enter the game, and it could be for a while if the injury is as bad as it looks. Smith went 12/27 for 135 yards and two interceptions along with four carries for 33 yards before leaving. We wish Smith well and hope to hear good news on his injury.
