Eli Manning, Giants pickup second win of the season in 27-23 victory over the 49ers.

Manning was 19/31 for 188 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions. The first score came on ten-yard throw to a wide-open Odell Beckham Jr. in the first half, and Eli was able to hit Beckham again in the second half from 20 yards away before finishing off the night with a game-winning touchdown pass to Sterling Shepard from three yards out. He still missed some throws, but overall, it was arguably the best game of the year for Manning. Tampa Bay will be a cupcake matchup for Week 11, but fantasy owners are better off looking elsewhere.

Michael Roberts (shoulder) officially did not practice today.

The severity of Roberts’ shoulder injury remains unclear, but his Week 11 status isn’t looking great after missing the last two days of practice. The second-year tight end might need at least a limited practice tomorrow to avoid being ruled out when the final injury report is released ahead of the weekend.

Nick Mullens and the Niners fall to the Giants in Week 10.

Mullens was 27/39 for 250 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions in the Monday night loss, but he probably played better than the numbers indicated. The first interception was a bad decision on a late throw deep in his own territory, but the receiver maybe could’ve done a better job of coming back to the ball. Then the second interception went off Marquise Goodwin’s hands on a tough catch after an apparent miscommunication on the route against zone coverage. The touchdown was a red-zone pass to Matt Breida. Overall, Mullens again showed poise and command of the offense. The Niners now have their bye, and Mullens probably isn’t an absolute lock to start in Week 12 against the Buccaneers with C.J. Beathard also in the mix.

Marvin Jones Jr. (knee) officially did not practice today.

We’ll see what happens tomorrow, but Jones is looking on the doubtful side of Week 11 for now. Jones is dealing with a bone bruise, so his status will depend on his comfort and ability to move while dealing with the injury.

The Bills have released Nathan Peterman.

With Matt Barkley playing well yesterday for the Bills, the team is moving on from their 2017 fifth-round pick. Peterman’s Bills career ends with three touchdowns and 12 interceptions, as he really struggled to get much going while playing with a subpar supporting cast. The Pitt product will draw interest around the league, but he might have to settle for a practice squad spot for now. Josh Allen (right elbow) is expected to be ready after the team’s Week 11 bye, so Barkley is set to back him up moving forward.

The Packers have activated Trevor Davis from injured reserve.

Davis injured his hamstring in September and was placed on IR, but he’s going to be back on the field to potentially help boost the return game for Green Bay. The former fifth-round pick is unlikely to turn into a fantasy contributor with just eight receptions over the past two years.

Pierre Garcon (knee) has been ruled out for tonight’s game.

Garcon continues to battle through his knee injury, and he’s out of the lineup tonight after not practicing all week. Consider the veteran wide receiver week-to-week for now.
