Curtis Samuel (groin) is officially active for Washington.
This groin issue unfortunately continues to linger for Samuel, but he’s active for the Week 5 matchup versus the Saints.

Antonio Gibson (shin) is officially active for Week 5.
Gibson revealed that he’s dealing with stress fracture in in shin, but he’s been playing through it and will continue to do so today against the Saints.

Joe Mixon (ankle) is officially active for the Bengals.
Mixon didn’t practice in an official capacity all week, but the tide turned yesterday when he got work for the Saturday session. Mixon isn’t quite at 100% and might not get his usual workload, so he’s probably not as safe of an RB1/2 play as usual for Week 5.
10/10/21 - 11:32 AM ET
Dalvin Cook (ankle) is officially inactive for Week 5.
The Vikings are holding Cook out as he looks to get to 100%, which makes sense this early in the season. Alexander Mattison will lead the Minnesota backfield as the Vikings look to get past the Lions without their star running back.
10/10/21 - 11:31 AM ET
DeVante Parker (hamstring/shoulder) will not play in Week 5.
Parker injured his hamstring during practice this week, and apparently pre-game warmups did not go well. Unfortunately, the big receiver won’t play today versus the Buccaneers. Preston Williams should get more opportunities on the outside for Miami.

Cordarrelle Patterson (concussion protocol) has been cleared to return.
Patterson is fine after getting checked in the blue tent, so the Falcons will have their top playmaker on the field as they try to improve to 2-3.
