Erik Swoope (knee) is questionable for Sunday.

Swoope was limited in practice this week and is probably headed toward a game-time decision. He’s only a fantasy option in very deep leagues even if he is active, though. Swoope’s status will be known by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.

T.Y. Hilton (hamstring/chest) is off the Week 7 injury report.

Hilton is officially going to play on Sunday against the Bills after missing the last two games. He immediately returns to an extremely tough matchup against cornerback Tre’Davious White, so consider Hilton more of a WR2/FLEX option for Week 7 in his first game back from his hamstring and chest injuries.

Allen Robinson II (groin) is officially questionable for Week 7.

Robinson didn’t practice yesterday, but he was able to get up to a limited participation today ahead of the official game statuses being released. We expect Robinson will be ready to go against the Patriots, but it’s not lock. Check back in at 11:30 AM ET on Sunday for A-Rob’s official Week 7 status.

DeVante Parker (quadricep) is listed as questionable for Week 7.

Parker was a full participant in practice all week, so this is a bit of a surprise. However, even if Parker is active, he’s difficult to trust in fantasy lineups as currently no better than the No. 4 receiver than the Dolphins. Parker’s official game status will be known by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.

Robert Turbin (shoulder) will not play this Sunday.

Consider Turbin week-to-week with his shoulder injury suffered in Week 6. Turbin missing time could mean more touches for Jordan Wilkins, who didn’t get a touch last week against the Jets.

Ryan Grant (ankle) is out for Week 7.

Grant didn’t practice all week, so this was expected. This snaps a 69-game streak of consecutive games played, which currently ranks fourth among active receivers. T.Y. Hilton (hamstring/chest) is expected to return this week, so Grant’s absence doesn’t have big fantasy implications.

Jack Doyle (hip) is officially out for Week 7.

This is Doyle’s fourth straight missed game, and there doesn’t seem to be a timetable for his return. Doyle doesn’t need to be owned in fantasy leagues right now.
