Charles carried five times for five yards and added one reception for five yards less than a week after getting signed by Jacksonville. Charles’ workload indicates the team might believe he can work his way into becoming a key part of the offense, but he’s not a fantasy option right now. Still, it probably felt good for the former Chiefs great to get back on the field in 2018.

T.J. Yeldon gets 11 touches in Jaguars’ loss.
Yeldon carried eight times for 41 yards and added three receptions (on five targets) for 29 yards against the Cowboys. The Jags couldn’t get much going offensively, so Yeldon didn’t have as many opportunities as the team would have liked in the game. With Leonard Fournette (hamstring) set to miss another game, Yeldon is a solid fantasy option for Week 7 against the Texans.

Jaguars offense struggles against the Cowboys.
Blake Bortles was 15/26 for 149 yards, one touchdown, and one interception along with four carries for 22 yards in the 40-7 Week 6 loss. The offense couldn’t sustain drives against the Cowboys, and Bortles simply didn’t have a good game. The touchdown was a nice throw on a 34-yarder to Dede Westbrook, and the interception was a bad one into triple-coverage. Bortles has at least one interception in every game but one this season, and he’s difficult to trust next week against the Texans with so many quarterback options out there.

Josh Doctson caught three passes for 20 yards in Sunday’s win over the Panthers.
Doctson returned to the lineup to finish second on the team with six targets, but he’s totaled just eight receptions for 68 yards so far this season. The former first-round pick doesn’t need to be owned in redraft leagues heading into matchup with the Cowboys.

Jordan Reed caught five passes for 36 yards in Sunday’s win over the Panthers.
Reed saw a team-high nine targets, but it was actually Vernon Davis that led the Redskins in yards (48) and scored on just three looks. That said, Reed is going to have a huge game eventually, and it could come next week against a Dallas defense that he ripped for a 10/95/2 line in 2016. Consider him a midrange, high-upside TE1 for Week 7.
10/15/18 - 12:21 PM ET
Vernon Davis scores in win over the Panthers.
Davis caught three passes for a team-high 48 yards, with the highlight coming in the first quarter on a wide-open 22-yard touchdown down the seam on the first play following a Carolina turnover. It was the first score fo the season for the veteran. Davis has been on the field quite a bit for the Redskins, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option against Dallas in Week 7.
10/15/18 - 12:18 PM ET
Paul Richardson scores in win over the Panthers.
Richardson caught three passes for 31 yards, including a two-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter. The speedster was playing at less than 100% after getting injured in Week 5 against the Saints, but he was able to find the end zone in a 23-17 victory. Richardson won’t be a recommended fantasy option against the Cowboys next Sunday.
