Sam Darnold throws two touchdowns in Jets’ win.

Darnold played a strong and efficient game against the Colts, going 24/30 for 280 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. The scores were to Terrelle Pryor on a quick pass deep in Colts territory and a wide-open Chris Hendon on a pass down the left sideline for 32 yards. Darnold now has six touchdowns and two interceptions the last three weeks for the 3-3 Jets. The rookie quarterback is not a recommended fantasy option against the Vikings next week.

Devin Funchess leads Carolina in receiving as they fall to the Redskins.

Funchess caught five passes for 74 yards, including a highlight “Moss” for a 23-yard score in the first half of a 23-17 loss. Some are concerned that Greg Olsen’s return will limit Funchess’ opportunities, but that didn’t happen on Sunday, and the big-bodied receiver should get more single coverage on the outside with Olsen and Christian McCaffrey forcing defenders underneath. That said, the 24-year-old was held to an inefficient three receptions for 36 yards on nine targets last season against the Eagles, so it’s probably safe to consider him just a FLEX option for Week 7 in Philadelphia.

Erik Swoope scores against the Jets.

Swoope caught a two-yard touchdown pass on his lone reception in the Week 6 loss. On the touchdown, Swoope snuck out to the back of the end zone and made a nice mid-air adjustment to secure the catch. Swoope isn’t a recommended fantasy option, but he has a touchdown in two straight weeks.

Ryan Grant catches two passes in Week 6.

Grant gained 24 yards on his two receptions (five targets) against the Jets. He also had a pass go off his hands and get intercepted by the Jets on a turnover-filled day for the Colts. Grant will look to bounce back with a big game next week against the Bills.

Moe Alie-Cox catches one pass in Week 6.

Alie Cox’s lone reception against the Jets went for 34 yards, as the former VCU basketball player made a nice catch over 2017 first-round pick Jamal Adams on a corner route. Alie-Cox is an intriguing dynasty-league hold but is not a fantasy option in standard leagues yet.

D.J. Moore loses two fumbles as Carolina drops to 3-2.

Moore caught four passes for 59 yards in a 23-17 loss to the Redskins, also adding an 18-yard rush. However, the two fumbles—both of which occurred in the first half and led to 10 points—really cost the Panthers, and it’s something the rookie needs to clean up quickly as the team heads into a huge NFC matchup against Philadelphia. Moore isn’t a recommended FLEX option in redraft leagues for Week 7.

Marcus Johnson scores in Colts’ loss.

Johnson caught a 34-yard touchdown by getting behind the defense as Andrew Luck stepped up in the pocket and hit him in stride for six. Johnson also had an 18-yard reception in the game, bringing his total to two reception for 52 yards and a touchdown. The score was Johnson’s first as a Colt, and he could be earning a larger role on offense as he gets more acclimated to his new team. He’s someone to keep an eye on.
