After he didn’t receive a touch last week, Seattle’s first-round rookie running back probably had his best game as a pro in the Week 6 victory, rushing nine times for 43 yards and adding two receptions for 27 yards. Penny had a 24-yard reception on a screen pass, which he’s likely to be used more on moving forward. The Seahawks have a bye this week, but we’ll see how Penny is used in Week 7 against the Lions.

A.J. Green caught seven passes for 85 yards in Cincinnati’s 28-21 loss to the Steelers.
Green led the team with 12 targets, and while he dropped a couple passes early on, he settled in with some tough grabs over the middle in what turned out to be a down-to-the-wire defeat. In his age-30 campaign, the superstar receiver continues to produce, but he hasn’t really exploded outside of a big first half against the Ravens in Week 2; that could change in Week 7, as Green will likely be a major problem for the Chiefs’ smaller cornerback group next Sunday night.

Chris Carson gets 14 carries in Week 6.
Carson gained 59 yards on his 14 attempts against the Raiders, and he was not involved as a receiver. It looked like Carson had a touchdown on a walk-in by the goal line, but a false start penalty negated the play. First-round rookie Rashaad Penny (nine carries, 43 yards) received more action, which is a bit of a concern, but Carson is a beast and should remain Seattle’s top runner coming off the bye.

Mark Walton handles two touches in Sunday’s loss to the Steelers.
Walton rushed twice for negative-two yards behind Joe Mixon. Whether or not Giovani Bernard (knee) returns next Sunday night against the Chiefs, Walton probably won’t get enough touches to be worth strongly considering in 10- or 12-team leagues.

Russell Wilson throws three touchdowns in London game win.
Wilson played an efficient game against the Raiders, going 17/23 for 222 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception along with six carries for 20 yards. The scores were to David Moore, Jaron Brown, and Tyler Lockett, with all three coming in the red zone. Wilson also had an interception in the red zone on a ball that he forced to Doug Baldwin in tight coverage. Wilson and the Seahawks now have a Week 7 bye before facing the Lions in a couple weeks. Remember, Wilson typically plays his best late in seasons, so he’s a buy-low candidate if you’re hurting at quarterback.

Joe Mixon turns 15 touches into 84 yards and a score in Week 6 loss.
Mixon rushed 11 times for 64 yards, including a four-yard score to put the Bengals up 21-20 before Pittsburgh quickly answered with a touchdown of their own; he also caught four-of-seven targets for 20 yards. The Bengals probably should have given their featured back more touches than they did on a day that they threw it 42 times for just 229 yards, but Mixon continues to turn in a second-year breakout. Consider him a great RB1 play against the poor-tackling Chiefs next week on Sunday Night Football.

Andy Dalton, Bengals fall in the final seconds to the Steelers.
Dalton was 26/42 for 229 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions in a 28-21 defeat. The Bengals were able to get a 21-20 lead with just over a minute to play on a four-yard score by Joe Mixon, but the Steelers quickly drove down field to get a huge divisional win. Dalton found Tyler Boyd for both touchdowns and didn’t make any mistakes, so hopefully Cincinnati remains confident heading into a Sunday Night Football matchup against the Chiefs. He’s been quiet over the past couple weeks from a fantasy perspective, but Dalton is worth considering as a solid streamer for a potential shootout in Week 7.
