McCloud lost one of his fumbles on a punt return in the first quarter, and he also caught a two-yard pass on offense. The Clemson product could get more playing time as the season progresses if Buffalo falls out of contention, but he is unlikely to turn into a fantasy contributor in 2018.

Mitchell Trubisky throws three touchdowns in overtime loss.
Trubisky was 22/31 for 316 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception along with eight carries for 47 yards against the Dolphins. The touchdowns were to Allen Robinson, Trey Burton (on a shuffle pass), and Anthony Miller. The second-year quarterback had a costly fourth-quarter interception in the red zone, but overall he had a very good game and continues to show progress as Chicago’s franchise quarterback. A Week 7 matchup with Bill Belichick’s defense could be tough, but Trubisky offers upside in fantasy lineups.

Andre Holmes catches 20-yard pass in Week 6 loss.
It was his only reception of the game. Holmes isn’t a recommended fantasy option as the No. 3 receiver on a low-volume passing attack.

Charles Clay caught four passes for 20 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Texans.
The Bills struggled to move the ball through the air in a 20-13 defeat, but Clay at least had an efficient day with a team-high four grabs on five targets. The veteran is a low-ceiling TE2 option for next week’s matchup with the Colts.

Zay Jones scores in loss to the Texans.
Jones caught three passes fro 35 yards and a touchdown, which gave Buffalo a 13-10 lead in the third quarter. Unfortunately, Nathan Peterman struggled after that connection in relief of Josh Allen (elbow), as he tossed two interceptions in the final two minutes to drop to 2-4. Jones has at least shown flashes this season, but he isn’t a recommended fantasy option heading into a matchup with the Colts.
10/15/18 - 10:09 AM ET
Kelvin Benjamin caught two passes for 43 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Texans.
It was Benjamin’s season-high for yards thanks to a 39-yard reception. The former first-round pick has hurt his stock perhaps more than anyone this year as he potentially hits free agency after the season, and apparently declining to work on routes before the game with Josh Allen doesn’t help his value at all. Benjamin gets a beatable cornerback group next week against the Colts, but there are probably more reliable fantasy options to consider in all formats.
10/15/18 - 10:07 AM ET
Chris Ivory handles seven touches in Week 6 loss.
Ivory rushed six times for five yards and caught a four-yard pass in the 20-13 defeat. The veteran backup is worth monitoring in the case of a LeSean McCoy trade, but he isn’t a recommended fantasy option as things currently stand heading into a matchup with the Colts next Sunday.
