Kearse gained 14 yards on his lone reception against the Broncos. The veteran receiver is not a recommended fantasy option right now.

Ian Thomas caught three passes for 38 yards in Carolina’s win over the Giants.
Thomas remains an interesting prospect in dynasty leagues, but he doesn’t need to be owned with Greg Olsen (foot) potentially nearing a return. The rookie isn’t a recommended fantasy option, but we’ll see if he can make an impact next Sunday against the Redskins.
10/8/18 - 10:48 AM ET
Eric Tomlinson catches two passes against the Broncos.
Tomlinson gained 15 yards on his two reception in the Week 5 win. He’s not a reliable fantasy option at the moment.
10/8/18 - 10:48 AM ET
Terrelle Pryor scores in Week 5.
Pryor was targeted once against the Broncos, but he made it count by catching a 20-yard touchdown. Pryor recently complained about his role on offense, but it probably won’t increase much moving forward. He’s not a highly-recommended FLEX option for Week 6 against Indy.
10/8/18 - 10:47 AM ET
Robby Anderson catches two long touchdowns in Week 5.
Anderson was able to get behind Broncos cornerback Bradley Roby twice in the Jets’ victory, as he and Sam Darnold connected on scores of 76 and 35 yards. Overall, Anderson had three receptions for 123 yards and two touchdowns. Anderson has very good ability as a deep threat, but this was his first game with over 50 yards this season. He’s just a boom/bust FLEX option next week against the Colts.
10/8/18 - 10:45 AM ET
Devin Funchess caught four passes for 53 yards in Sunday’s win over the Giants.
Funchess led the team with seven targets, mostly doing battle with New York’s top cornerback Janoris Jenkins. He hasn’t had a huge performance yet, but Funchess is on pace for a respectable 72/952/4 line through four games despite matchups with Byron Jones, Desmond Trufant, William Jackson, and Jennings, so he’s decent buy-low target, especially since Carolina already had their bye week. Next Sunday against Josh Norman and the Panthers isn’t a shy-away matchup for the 24-year-old, who should be considered a low-end WR2/FLEX option in all formats.
10/8/18 - 10:45 AM ET
Bilal Powell nears 100 yards in Jets’ win.
While Isaiah Crowell benefited from being in on plays where the offensive line opened gaping holes and broke the Jets’ single-game rushing record (219 yards) in the process, Powell received more work in the game, carrying 20 times for 99 yards. Powell broke a 38-yard run of his own in the game, but he also lost a fumble. Overall, it was an exceptional game from the offensive line and the running game, and they’ll look to keep it going next week against the Colts. Powell is just a FLEX option for that game.
