Coleman gained just 15 yards on seven carries and 15 yards on two receptions, as the Steelers surprisingly did an excellent job of pressuring and limiting Atlanta’s high-powered offense. Next week, Coleman faces a Tampa Bay team he had 97 yards and two touchdowns against last November—but Devonta Freeman missed that game.

Devonta Freeman gets ten touches against the Steelers.
In Freeman’s first game since Week 1, he looked like his usual self in his return from the knee issue that knocked him out the last three games. However, Pittsburgh’s defense did a great job of limiting Atlanta’s offense, including the running game. Freeman carried eight times for 32 yards and added two carries for nine yards in the Week 5 loss. And Ito Smith took a carry by the goal line in for six, which was a blow to the day of Freeman. The good news is he looked healthy and will be ready to go for Week 6 against the Buccaneers.

Matt Schaub plays in Week 5.
With the game in-hand and Matt Ryan beat up throughout the day, Schaub came in relief at the end of the loss to Pittsburgh. The veteran quarterback was 5/7 for 20 yards in the game. At such a deep position, Schaub wouldn’t be a highly-recommended fantasy option if Ryan were to miss time.

Matt Ryan throws one touchdown against the Steelers.
In what looked like it might be a potential shootout between the Falcons and the Steelers, Pittsburgh put a ton of pressure on Matty Ice throughout the afternoon, not giving him a clean pocket and sacking him six times. Overall, Ryan played well considering the circumstances, but he wasn’t quite as accurate as usual while under so much pressure. Ryan was 26/38 for 285 yards and a touchdown along with one carry for ten yards and a lost fumble on a strip sack that was recovered by the Steelers in the end zone for a touchdown late in the game. On the sack, Ryan might have suffered an injury, but it’s probably not anything that would force him to miss time. Look for Ryan and the Falcons, who are 1-4 and must start winning games, to bounce back against a beatable Tampa Bay secondary next week.

Marvin Jones Jr. scores against the Packers.
Jones caught just one pass in the Lions’ Week 5 win, but he made it count with an eight-yard reception in the end zone. Kenny Golladay has been Matthew Stafford’s top receiver through five weeks, but perhaps Jones will get going after the team’s Week 6 bye week—and it’s not like he hasn’t played well with 241 yards and three touchdowns to this point.

Golden Tate catches five passes in Week 5.
Tate was targeted seven times against the Packers, gaining 42 yards on his five receptions. Green Bay did a relatively good job of limiting Tate after the catch in the game, and he’ll look to break free against Miami’s secondary when he returns to the field after the team’s bye week.

Kenny Golladay leads Lions in receiving and scores in Week 5.
Golladay was targeted a team-high nine times against the Packers, catching four passes for 98 yards and a touchdown. Golladay had a long reception of 60 yards that he nearly took into the end zone, leading to a short touchdown run from LeGarrette Blount; and he had a long would-be touchdown that was negated by a hands-to-the-face penalty. The score was a five-yarder on a pass to the end zone. Entering the bye, Golladay has been great for the Lions through five games, and he’s arguably Matthew Stafford’s No. 1 receiver right now. The second-year player might draw coverage from Xavien Howard in Week 7 when the Lions return from their bye, but hte risk isn’t big enough that he’d need to be left out of fantasy lineups.
