Join now >Davante Adams scores as Packers tie the Vikings, 29-29.
Adams caught eight passes for 64 yards, including a nine-yard touchdown in the second quarter against Xavier Rhodes. Despite dealing with a shoulder injury and his quarterback dealing with a knee injury, it was about as good a performance as you could expect out of Adams in a difficult matchup. Consider him a solid WR1 in Week 3 against the Redskins in Washington.

LeSean McCoy (rib) is inactive for Week 3.
This is apparently a pain-tolerance thing for McCoy, but he’s sitting out this week against a stingy Minnesota defense. Chris Ivory is the next man up for the Bills, but he’s a risky FLEX option against one of the league’s best defenses. We expect McCoy will be ready to go for a Week 4 matchup in Green Bay, but we’ll monitor his practice status this week.

Jimmy Graham breaks out in Week 2 tie against the Vikings.
After being held to eight yards in his team debut, Graham broke out with six receptions for 95 yards, as Minnesota was once again vulnerable on intermediate passes to tight ends (they allowed 90 yards to George Kittle in the opener). Graham will look to find the end zone for the first time as a Packer next Sunday against the Redskins, and he will probably be a top-five play.

The Redskins officially promoted Kapri Bibbs to the active roster.
There’s a chance Bibbs is active tomorrow as someone that can contribute on special teams, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option. We’ll see if he gets any time on offense tomorrow.

Carson Wentz (knee) has been cleared for contact; will start Sunday against the Colts.
After missing the first two games of the season, Wentz will be back in action for the defending Super Bowl champions for the first time since he suffered his knee injury in Week 14 of last season. Wentz returns to a great matchup against the Colts and is immediately in the fantasy QB1 mix, but there is some risk to starting him immediately given that he hasn’t had any game action leading up to this point. It’ll be interesting to see how Wentz looks athletically after coming off such a serious knee injury, as there has been some talk that he won’t be close to 100% until late this season. Wentz’s return is a boost for Zach Ertz after the two showed such a great connection in 2017.

The Ravens have promoted Tim White to the active roster.
The 2017 undrafted wide receiver was on Baltimore’s practice squad, and now there’s a chance he’s active on gameday tomorrow against the Broncos. White is off the fantasy radar, though.

Ty Montgomery handles six touches in Week 2 tie.
Montgomery rushed five times for 31 yards and caught a nine-yard pass. Green Bay probably could have used the versatile backup on the field more, particularly in the fourth quarter when they kept stalling in Minnesota territory, but Jamaal Williams looks locked-in as the clear starter. We’ll see how the backfield dynamic changes with Aaron Jones returning from suspension, but Montgomery is just a decent FLEX option in both standard and PPR leagues heading into next Sunday’s matchup against the Redskins.
