Join now >Josh Gordon (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 3.
Gordon was limited in practice this week, and he has to deal with trying to pick up a new playbook, so he’s no lock to play on Sunday night against the Lions. However, the Patriots aren’t expecting him to pickup the entire playbook immediately, instead giving him part of the playbook that he can get the hang of and play. Overall, Gordon is a risky play this week if he’s active; and if you want to play him, you’ll have to have a backup plan in the Sunday night or Monday night game.

Latavius Murray handles four carries in Week 2 tie.
Murray rushed four times for 19 yards and was not a factor in the passing game. Minnesota didn’t stick with the rushing attack, as Dalvin Cook had just ten carries before leaving the game late with cramps, but Latavius has actually been the more efficient runner through two weeks with 16 carries for 61 yards (4.1 YPC) compared to 26 carries for 78 yards (3.0 YPC) for Cook. We’ll see if the Vikings decide to run more in Week 3 against a Buffalo team that can be vulnerable on the ground, but Murray probably isn’t getting enough touches to be anything more than a decent FLEX right now.

Antonio Gates (illness) is listed as questionable for Week 3.
We expect Gates to be good to go for Sunday against the Rams, but his status might not be known until after the early games have kicked off. Gates has some TE1 upside against a Rams defense that’s vulnerable in the middle of the field.

Kirk Cousins, Vikings rally late in 29-29 tie with the Packers.
Cousins went 35/48 for 425 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception, also rushing twice for five yards. Following a 14-yard score to Laquon Treadwell in the first quarter, the offense was quiet until the fourth quarter when Cousins rallied down 20-7 with two touchdowns to Stefon Diggs (including a 75-yarder) and a third to Adam Thielen from 22 yards away on a dime that somehow dropped in between two defenders and was held onto. Rookie kicker Daniel Carlson missed two potential game-winning field goals in overtime, though, and the game ended with a miss from 35 yards out. Cousins will look to stay hot in another good matchup with the Bills.

Travis Benjamin (foot) is listed as questionable for Week 3.
Benjamin is probably headed for a true game-time decision, and the Chargers could certainly use him in a tough matchup in the battle for LA against the Rams. If Benjamin is active on Sunday, he would not be a highly-recommended fantasy option.

Josh Hill catches one pass in Week 2.
Hill’s lone reception went for five yards. He’s difficult to trust in fantasy lineups as long as Benjamin Watson remains on the field.

Julio Jones is not on the Week 3 injury report.
The Falcons scaled back Jones’ practice time this week as a precaution as he dealt with a slight calf issue, but the star receiver is ready to go in a big divisional matchup against the Saints. As usual, you can pencil Jones into your fantasy lineup as a WR1.
