Washington is no longer listed on the injury report, so he’s just a healthy scratch. Jalen Richard has seized the primary-receiving-back role for the Raiders, and there’s a chance Washington isn’t active this season if Marshawn Lynch, Doug Martin, and Richard stay healthy.

Seth Roberts scores in Raiders’ loss.
Roberts was targeted three times in the Week 2 loss to Denver, catching all three targets for 43 yards and a touchdown. The score was a 20-yard strike down the seam. Oakland was previously 10-0 when Roberts scores a touchdown, so this was the first time they lost when he scored.

Seth Roberts is inactive for Week 3.
Roberts was not listed on the inure report, so he appears to be a healthy scratch despite catching a touchdown last week. Martavis Bryant might be the clear No. 3 receiver for Oakland today against the Dolphins, so he has some upside as a desperate FLEX option.

Jared Cook catches all four targets in Week 2.
Cook came back down to earth a bit after setting a franchise-record for a tight end with 180 yards in Week 1, but he still had a solid game versus Denver, catching four passes for 49 yards. Cook is in the TE1 discussion for Week 3 against the Dolphins.

Ray-Ray McCloud (knee) is active for Week 3.
After missing the first two weeks of the season, the rookie receiver from Clemson is making his NFL debut against the Vikings. McCloud is not a fantasy option, but he’s someone to keep an eye on particularly in dynasty leagues.

Amari Cooper catches all ten targets against the Broncos.
Jon Gruden said they had to get Cooper going, and they did just that against Denver. Cooper caught ten passes for 116 yards, with a long of 30 yards, in the Week 2 loss. The fourth-year receiver was reliable both over the middle and at the sideline, and he’ll look to keep it going in Week 3 against the Dolphins. It was a concern that on the final play Cooper just went out of bounds as time expired instead of attempting a lateral or trying to break tackles, but it’s not going to affect his playing time next week.

Hayden Hurst (foot) is out for Week 3.
The first-round rookie tight end was listed as questionable on Friday, but his NFL debut will have to wait. All of Baltimore’s tight ends contribute, so they’re all risky options in Week 3 fantasy lineups.
