Join now >Jay Ajayi (back) returns against the Buccaneers.
Ajayi missed most of the first half after hurting his back on the first series, but he’s back out there to start the second half. The Eagles are currently down 13 points, so Ajayi will look to help them get back into it.

Tyler Higbee scores in Week 2.
Higbee’s three-yard touchdown late in the game put the Rams up 34-0 on the Cardinals. Higbee is off the fantasy radar for now.

LeGarrette Blount (shoulder) is active for Week 2.
Blount was listed as questionable, but he was fully expected to play versus the 49ers. In a running back committee, Blount is difficult to trust in Week 2 fantasy lineups.

Gerald Everett catches one pass in Week 2.
Everett’s lone reception went for 17 yards, his first reception of the season. As no better than the fifth option on offense for the Rams, Everett is not a recommended fantasy option at the moment.

Jermaine Gresham (Achilles) is inactive for Week 2.
The veteran tight end is making progress, but he’s not yet ready to make his 2018 debut. Gresham has a chance to play next week against the Bears. Ricky Seals-Jones will again handle tight end duties for the Cardinals.
9/16/18 - 02:35 PM ET
Alfred Morris handles 16 touches in Week 2 win.
Morris rushed 14 times for 48 yards, also adding two receptions for 32 yards. The veteran had a nice day with 80 total yards, but Matt Breida might have made his case for leader of the backfield with 159 total yards, including a 66-yard score. That said, there should be room for both guys, and Morris remains the favorite for short-yardage and goal-line work. Consider him a solid FLEX option next week against the Chiefs in a potential shootout.
9/17/18 - 01:06 PM ET
Leonard Fournette (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 2.
Fournette didn’t practice all week, so this was fully expected. The second-year back tested the hamstring in warmups, but he simply isn’t ready to go today against the Patriots. Fournette is certainly no lock for Week 3, as the Jags aren’t going to want this hamstring issue to linger—which could happen if he tries to play at well less than 100%.
