LeSean McCoy didn’t get much time in what quickly became a blowout, so Murphy led the way with six carries for 31 yards against the Ravens. Murphy is not a reliable fantasy option.

Christine Michael handles two touches in Week 1 loss.
Michael rushed twice for nine yards as he worked behind rookies Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines in the backfield. Whether or not Marlon Mack (hamstring) returns next week, Michael isn’t a fantasy option barring a significant change by the coaching staff.

Nyheim Hines catches seven passes in NFL debut.
They went for 33 yards, and Hines also rushed five times for 19 yards. The rookie struggled in preseason action last month with fumbles and inefficiency, but the Colts were probably keeping his role in check until the regular season. If Hines continues to remain heavily involved as an underneath target, it’s only a matter of time before he starts breaking some chunk plays, so he might be worth picking up in PPR leagues.

Braxton Miller has signed with the Eagles practice squad.
Miller was released by the Texans after he didn’t make the team’s 53-man roster, but it was only a matter of time before he resurfaced, and Philadelphia seems to be a good spot for him. The former Ohio State quarterback will look to make an impact in practice to potentially work his way up to the 53-man roster. It’s worth noting that Philly has a very shallow receiving corps behind Nelson Agholor right now with Alshon Jeffery (shoulder) still potentially weeks away from a return.

Jordan Wilkins handles 17 touches in first career start.
The rookie rushed 14 times for 40 yards and caught three passes for 21 yards as the Colts fell to the Bengals, 34-23. Wilkins didn’t do anything to keep Marlon Mack (hamstring) from being the starter when he returns, but he will probably continue to be involved if Indy uses a backfield committee as expected. That said, he won’t be anything more than a decent FLEX option if he draws another start in Week 2 against Washington.

Andrew Luck airs in out 53 times in first regular season action in over 600 days.
Luck went 39/53 for 319 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. He also rushed once for seven yards, but the Colts’ attempt at a game-winning drive was ended on a fumble from Jack Doyle that Cincinnati returned for six, resulting in a 34-23 Indy loss. Fortunately, any concerns about Luck not being 100% should be alleviated, as he threw it early and often, which should be the case all season. Consider Luck a back-end QB1 option in Week 2 against the Redskins.

Josh Allen makes NFL debut in Week 1 loss.
The Bills were getting blown out by the Ravens, so Allen was inserted into the game for starter Nathan Peterman, who threw two interceptions. All things considered, Allen played pretty well, going 6/15 for 74 passing yards while adding four carries for 26 rushing yards. Even if Allen draws the Week 2 start, it’ll be hard to trust him in fantasy lineups behind what might be the league’s worst offensive line.
