Join now >The Colts are now targeting training camp for Andrew Luck’s return.
Colts GM Chris Ballard went on PFT Live this morning and said the timeline for Luck’s return is “good.” Ballard said Luck is “actually not even throwing a football” and noted that they have “a program specifically laid out that puts his timeline to be back at training camp.” Considering Luck previously stated that he thought he might be able to be 100% ready to go for offseason training, this is a bit of a concern. But as Ballard went on to say on PFT Live, people will be concerned until they actually see Luck on the field in Week 1. Luck is probably still throwing weighted footballs and continuing his rehab as he looks to get back to 100%. Hopefully we see the Luck back to his usual self when training camp begins this summer.

The Colts have signed wide receiver Kasen Williams.
Williams was recently released by the Browns, whom he spent the 2017 season with on the practice squad after he was a preseason star for Seattle last summer. In Indianapolis, he has a good chance to make another preseason impact to earn a roster spot—perhaps even a starting job—on an unproven depth chart behind T.Y. Hilton. He is definitely someone to keep an eye on in the preseason, and deeper dynasty leagues should have already had Williams on their radar.

Kenjon Barner is signing with the Panthers, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Carolina actually selected Barner in the sixth round of the 2013 draft, and he spent his first NFL season there. As Rapoport says, Barner had interest from Buffalo, but the Panthers are probably a better opportunity after the knee injury to Panthers running back Fozzy Whittaker earlier this week. Barner helped the Eagles win their first Super Bowl last season as he provided depth on offense and made great contributions on special teams as a returner. Look for Barner to mix in some on offense in Carolina while competing for return duties. He’s not a recommended fantasy option at the moment.

The Eagles have officially signed former Notre Dame running back Josh Adams as an undrafted free agent.
As a true junior with the Fighting Irish last season, Adams was thought of as a Heisman candidate for much of the season. He ran for 1,430 yards and nine touchdowns on 206 carries during the year. With the Eagles, Adams will look to carve out a role as a big back that could take some of the touches left by LeGarrette Blount’s departure, but he might have an uphill battle to make the final roster.

The Titans have signed wide receiver Deontay Burnett as an undrafted free agent.
Like fellow Titans undrafted free agent signing Akrum Wadley, Burnett certainly could have been drafted. The former USC receiver left as a true junior after catching 86 passes for 1,114 yards and nine touchdowns as Sam Darnold’s main target last season, and he lands in a good spot with the Titans. Burnett will be battling for a roster spot this season, but he’s worth a look in very deep dynasty leagues.

The Titans signed running back Akrum Wadley as an undrafted free agent.
Wadley accumulated over 1,000 rushing yards and 300 receiving yards in each of his last two seasons at Iowa, and he certainly could have been selected in the draft. Tennessee is a good spot for him, though, as he might be able to carve out a role as the next option behind Derrick Henry and Dion Lewis. Wadley is worth keeping in mind in dynasty leagues.

The Raiders cut Josh Johnson, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.
The veteran quarterback was signed earlier this offseason by the Raiders, but the team is going with E.J. Manuel and Connor Cook behind Derek Carr for now. Given Johnson’s history with Jon Gruden, it’s possible he’s brought back into the mix at some point.
