Join now >Preston Williams (foot) is being activated off the PUP list.
Williams is ready to practice for the Dolphins after recovering from last year’s season-ending foot injury. While the Dolphins are now very deep at receiver, Will Fuller and DeVante Parker have remained out of practice, and Williams could quickly get a good number of reps. The big receiver is someone to keep an eye on in dynasty formats more so than in redraft leagues.

Kerryon Johnson went unclaimed on waivers.
This isn’t surprising because Johnson is currently injured. He now reverts to the Eagles’ injured reserve. When the fourth-year running back gets back to 100%, he’ll likely either be activated from IR or will be released so that he can sign with another team. Johnson is currently pretty much off the radar in redraft leagues.

Tyree Jackson (back) to miss a couple of months.
Jackson landed on his back during yesterday’s practice, and unfortunately he has a fracture that’ll force him out for eight-to-ten weeks. This is really unfortunate for the quarterback-turned-tight-end who was making an impact this summer. Still, Jackson is a very intriguing player and is certainly someone to keep an eye on and potentially stash in dynasty leagues.

The Saints are signing Kevin White, according to multiple reports.
This is probably about the best spot White could have hoped to land, as the Saints have a pretty wide-open depth chart at receiver following Michael Thomas’ injury. The former first-round pick will look to win a role as an outside threat and a spot on the 53-man roster, but it might be an uphill climb while joining the team in middle of the preseason.

The Seahawks activated D’Wayne Eskridge from the PUP list.
Eskridge will finally be able to practice for the Seahawks, and the speedy rookie will look to carve out a role in the Seattle offense. Ideally, the second-round pick will be able to participate in the team’s final preseason game next week.

The 49ers are waiving Josh Rosen.
Rosen really didn’t have much of a future in San Francisco with Trey Lance selected third overall this year, so the former first-round pick will look to land with another team this preseason. Rosen does not need to be held in dynasty leagues.

The Eagles have waived/injured Kerryon Johnson.
Johnson is out a few weeks with a knee injury, but another team might claim him with Philadelphia making him available (remember, Miami put in a claim earlier this year). This news is unfortunate for a 24-year-old runner that has plenty of talent, as he just has been unable to stay healthy. The backfield for the Eagles could now be close to set with Miles Sanders, Jordan Howard, Boston Scott, and rookie Kenneth Gainwell.
