Join now >Jordy Nelson is visiting the Packers tomorrow, according to Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The former Packers receiver is wasting no time in finding his new team, and the Raiders are an intriguing option considering they already have Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree at receiver. We can imagine Jon Gruden might have been a bit surprised to hear Nelson was released, and Raiders wide receivers coach Edgar Bennett was with the Packers as their receivers coach and then offensive coordinator from 2011-2014. It’s possible something could come together quickly tomorrow, as Oakland does have a good amount of cap space and haven’t done much in free agency yet.

Jarius Wright caught three passes for 56 yards in Sunday’s playoff win over New Orleans.
Wright made some key plays for Minnesota in the heart-pounding victory. The team’s third receiver was also open over the middle on what would have been a potential catch to set up a game-winning field goal, but Case Keenum didn’t see him. Fortunately, they scored on a 61-yard reception by Stefon Diggs shortly after to win on the final play of the game. Wright will look to come up big against the Eagles next Sunday.

Dion Lewis is expected to sign a four-year deal with the Titans, according to Adam Schefter.
Titans GM Jon Robinson has now gotten two key players from the his former organization, as the Titans agreed to a deal with former Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler earlier today. Lewis will form an excellent thunder-and-lightning duo with former Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry in Tennessee’s backfield, but this is not ideal for Henry’s fantasy value. While Henry will likely lead the backfield in carries, the ultra-elusive Lewis is certainly going to get his share of work—both guys should be able to deliver solid fantasy value in 2018. Lewis also gives Marcus Mariota another weapon to dump the ball off to for positive yardage. The deal should become official sometime after the start of the new league year tomorrow at 4:00 PM ET.

Michael Thomas scores twice in Saints’ playoff loss.
Thomas had to contend with All-Pro cornerback Xavier Rhodes for much of the night when the Vikings were in man coverage, but he still had a very good game in the close playoff defeat. The second-year receiver had seven reception on 13 targets, gaining 85 yards with his two touchdowns. The first score was on a deep crossing route that was covered nicely by Rhodes, but Drew Brees made a perfect throw over the diving cornerback. The second score came on a slant route at the goal line where Thomas easily beat veteran cornerback Terrance Newman. Thomas’ 196 receptions through two season are an NFL record, and he’ll offer among the highest floors for receivers in 2018 fantasy drafts.

The Cardinals are going to sign quarterback Mike Glennon, according to Tiffany Blackmon.
Glennon is technically under contract with the Bears, but they are going to cut him when the new league year begins; and the Cardinals are going to sign him. Arizona signed Sam Bradford to be their starter earlier today, but Bradford has unfortunately been unable to stay healthy for much of his career, and Glennon gives them a solid backup. This move could make the Cardinals less urgent to go after a quarterback in this year’s draft if they are happy with the former number one overall pick Bradford leading the way with Glennon as insurance behind him.

Adam Thielen comes up big in playoff win.
Theilen caught six passes for 74 yards in the 29-24 victory. He was shadowed by Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore, but Theilen made a couple sensational plays on the second-t0-last drive of the game to set up what would have been the game-winning field goal if not for two more score changes. The final score change came on the final play of the game on a 61-yard connection by Case Keenum and Stefon Diggs to cap an instant classic. Theilen will be a tough cover for Philadelphia in the NFC Championship.

The Ravens are expected to sign wide receiver Ryan Grant, according to Ian Rapoport.
The 2014 fifth-round pick of the Redskins had a big of a breakout season with Washington last year, catching 45 passes for 573 yards and four touchdowns, and he’s cashing in with a very nice payday of four years, $29 million, according to Rapoport. Redskins head coach seemed to really love Grant’s reliability at receiver, and it’s not surprising that the Ravens appear to covet it. Depending on the status of Jeremy Maclin and Breshard Perriman, it’s possible Grant is a top-two receiver with John Brown for the Ravens in 2018. The signing cannot become official until the start of the new league year tomorrow at 4:00 PM ET.
