Join now >Landry Jones, Steelers hold off Browns in Week 17 win.
Jones was 23/27 for 239 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The former Oklahoma quarterback was very good on Sunday, as he did almost all of his damage by hitting JuJu Smith-Schuster and Martavis Bryant. Pittsburgh will hope this is the last Jones sees the field this season, but he will backup Ben Roethlisberger for a playoff run.

Melvin Gordon closes out the season with a great game.
Gordon entered today’s game against the Raiders with an ankle injury, but he looked as explosive as ever in the Chargers win, picking up chunk yardage and making people miss while mixing in his usual power. The third-year back had 17 carries for 93 yards and added six receptions for 31 yards in the victory. On the year, Gordon had 284 carries for 1,105 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns along with 58 receptions for 476 receiving yards and four receiving touchdowns. The presence of Austin Ekeler, who impressed as an undrafted rookie, might be a concern, but Gordon is a great running back and should be a first- or second-round selection in all fantasy drafts next season.

Eric Ebron held to one reception in Week 17 win.
It went for nine yards, and was probably a fitting end to another inconsistent season for the former first-round pick. Ebron finishes the year with 53 receptions for 574 yards and four touchdowns as he likely heads into free agency. It’s unlikely he ever lives up to his draft billing, but perhaps a change of scenery (or possibly coaching staff) will unlock his potential. Ebron probably won’t be a TE1 option in fantasy drafts next summer.

Deonte Thompson caught two passes for 23 yards in Sunday’s win over the Dolphins.
Thompson finishes a regular season split between the Bills and Bears with a combined 38 receptions for 555 yards and two touchdowns. He will look to make an impact in the Bills’ first playoff appearance since 1999 beginning next Sunday against the Jaguars.

Geronimo Allison catches two passes in Week 17.
Allison gained 15 yards on his two receptions. After being suspended to start the season, Allison played in the final 15 games of the year and put up a 23/253/0 stat line. There’s a chance Allison has a bigger role next season, but we wouldn’t count on it at the moment.

Matt Ryan, Falcons make the postseason with 22-10 win over the Panthers.
Ryan was 28/45 for 317 yards, one touchdown and zero interceptions. He also rushed three times for 14 yards. The 2016 NFL MVP did what needed to be done, and Atlanta will now play the Rams next Saturday night in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs. Ryan finishes the regular season by completing 64.7% of his passes for 4,095 yards, 20 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions, as Kyle Shanahan’s departure undoubtedly had a big impact on the offense. Still, they will get a chance to avenge their Super Bowl LI loss starting in Los Angeles, and Ryan has largely played better than his numbers suggest.
1/1/18 - 12:10 AM ET
Darren Fells catches one pass in Week 17.
Fells gained 12 yards on his lone reception against Green Bay. He had 17 receptions for 177 yards and three touchdowns this season, and it’s possible he has a bigger role in 2018 after Matthew Stafford showed a nice connection with him at certain times in the season.
