Carlos Hyde scores in 49ers’ win.

Hyde carried 14 times for 78 yards and a touchdown against the Texans, including a long of 31 yards where he showed his underrated speed. He didn’t have any receptions (on one target) in the passing game, but it was still a fine day for Hyde. Matt Breida did receive 12 carries in the game, but he gained only 27 yards. Hyde should remain in lineups for the second week of the fantasy playoffs in Week 15.

Aldrick Robinson catches two passes against the Texans.

Robinson gained 27 yards on his two receptions in the Week 14 win. His role simply isn’t big enough to be trusted in fantasy lineups at the moment.

Jimmy Garoppolo leads 49ers to second-straight victory.

Garoppolo continues to look comfortable without a strong supporting cast around him in San Francisco, going 20/33 for 334 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Week 14 victory against Houston. The touchdown was on a bootleg pass to tight end Garrett Celek in the flat, and Garoppolo threw accurate passes to all areas of the field throughout the game. Next week against the Titans could be a tougher matchup for Garoppolo, but he’s now 2-0 as the Niners starter and probably has a lot of confidence heading into the matchup. He’s a QB2 option in fantasy lineups.

Kendrick Bourne catches both targets in Week 14.

Bourne gained 29 yards on his two receptions against Houston. It’s good to see him contributing, but Bourne isn’t a reliable fantasy option at the moment.

Nick O’Leary catches one pass in Week 14.

O’Leary gained nine yards on his lone reception (and lone target) of the game. He’s a better real-life contributor for the Bills than he is for fantasy teams.

Charles Clay gets five targets in Week 14.

Clay caught two passes for 11 yards, and it could’ve been a better day if not for the snowy conditions which led to some just-misses to him. Clay will be a good option in lineups next week against the Dolphins.

Deonte Thompson catches long pass in Week 14.

Thompson was targeted one time in the game, catching a clutch 34-yard deep ball in overtime to get the Bills in Colts territory. It took a lot of focus to catch the ball amid snowy conditions, but it was a big play for his team to help them get to 7-6. Despite making plays for the Bills, Thompson isn’t a reliable fantasy option.
