Join now >Alvin Kamara (concussion) is out for the remainder of tonight’s game.
This isn’t a surprise, as Kamara was out for the entire rest of the first half after taking the hit in the first series of the game. Before leaving, the star rookie had one carry for two yards and three receptions for 25 yards in the one drive, and it looked like he was going to be heavily involved in the offense again. Mark Ingram will handle most of the backfield work with his teammate out of the game, and Kamara will have about ten days to get ready for Week 15 against the Jets.

Le’Veon Bell leaves game with apparent knee injury.
Bell took a big hit directly to his planted leg and his knee straightened out/hyperextended in the second quarter against the Ravens. He did limp off the field under his own power, but it still has the looks of a potentially serious injury. Hopefully it’s just a hypertension and Bell can get back out there quickly, but we’ll update you as more information becomes available.

Alvin Kamara is being looked at for a possible concussion.
Kamara took a big hit from Falcons linebacker Deion Jones at the end of the first drive of the game, and he immediately went off the field and is being looked at by trainers. Hopefully Kamara is fine and able to just re-enter the game on the next drive, but it’s possible his night could be over already if he does indeed enter concussion protocol. We’ll update you as more information becomes available.

Josh McCown has a broken left hand.
Despite the injury being to his non-throwing hand, McCown’s season is likely over with three weeks to go in the year. McCown had a very good season for the Jets, helping win a handful of games for a team that many thought would be among the worst in the NFL. Hopefully we see McCown again this season, but it’s possible he’s sent to Injured Reserve in the next few days.

Will Fuller (ribs) was a full participant in today’s practice.
After missing the last three games, the second-year receiver is set to return this Sunday against the Niners. Fuller does offer upside as a big-play guy for the Texans, but there are probably better options out there for Week 14.
12/7/17 - 10:33 PM ET
Carson Wentz (knee) will not return to today’s game.
This probably isn’t a good sign. With still almost an entire quarter to go in a back-and-forth matchup with the Rams, the Eagles have ruled their franchise quarterback out for the game. Wentz is a tough guy and walked off the field to the locker room under his own power after even playing a few plays and throwing a touchdown, but that doesn’t mean this isn’t a serious injury. More information should become available in the next day or so, and we just need to hope for the best.

Alfred Blue remains in concussion protocol.
Blue didn’t practice today, and it’s unclear if he’s made any progress in the protocol. It’s possible Blue is ruled out tomorrow.
