Matt Jones | Free Agent RB

The Colts waived running back Matt Jones.

This is the second time the Colts have waived Jones, as they also did back in early September. The talented third-year back hasn’t had many in-game opportunities this season, just getting five carries for 14 yards in three games played. There will be other teams interested in Jones at some point.

Alfred Blue | Free Agent RB

Alfred Blue gets five touches against the Titans.

Blue carried four times for two yards and added one reception for seven yards, where he lowered his shoulder to push for a first down. Blue is an excellent backup behind Lamar Miller, but his role isn’t big enough to be a viable fantasy option.

12/4/17 - 01:03 PM ET

Alshon Jeffery | Free Agent WR

The Eagles have signed Alshon Jeffery to a four-year contract extension.

In the midst of a great season for the team, Philadelphia has decided to lock up their big receiver they just signed to a one-year deal this offseason. For Jeffery, his decision to take a chance on a short-term deal has worked out, as he’s in an ideal situation with a quarterback that should be good for a long time. According to multiple reports, Jeffery will make $52 million over the course of the four-year extension (including $27 million guaranteed), and it keeps him with the team through the 2021 season. Jeffery and quarterback Carson Wentz have been clicking lately, and they should be in the mix for around 8-10 touchdowns each season as long as they remain together.

12/2/17 - 11:46 AM ET

Rex Burkhead | Free Agent RB

Rex Burkhead scores two more touchdowns in Week 13 win.

Burkhead rushed 12 times for 78 yards and two touchdowns, also adding three receptions for 25 yards. The performance follows up a two-touchdown effort in Week 12, and Burkhead is getting hot at the right time for fantasy owners and the Patriots. The former Bengal should be in lineups as the fantasy playoffs get underway with a trip to Miami on Monday night.

12/4/17 - 01:03 PM ET

Rishard Matthews | Retired WR

Rishard Matthews (hamstring) is questionable for Week 13.

The good news is Matthews was able to get in a limited practice today after not prating the first two days of the week. However, Matthews will be a game-time decision for Sunday against the Texans. We’ll know Matthews’ status for certain by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.

12/1/17 - 11:48 PM ET

Lamar Miller | Saints RB

Lamar Miller gets 19 touches in Week 13.

Miller against worked as the clear leader in Houston’s backfield, carrying 15 times for 56 yards and adding four receptions (on four targets) for 38 yards against the Titans. While he couldn’t find much room to run versus Tennessee, next week versus the Niners should be easier sledding for Miller. Consider him a solid option for Week 14.

12/4/17 - 01:02 PM ET

Jimmy Graham | Free Agent TE

The Seahawks listed Jimmy Graham (ankle) as questionable for Week 13.

Graham practiced fully today, and it’d be a major surprise if he didn’t play on Sunday night against Philadelphia. Remember, there’s no “probable” tag anymore, and that’s probably what Graham should be considered this week. Expect to be able to insert him into your lineup as a great TE1, but be sure to check in at 7:00 PM ET on Sunday night to make sure he’s in the lineup.
