Rhett Ellison catches one pass in Week 12.

Ellison gained nine yards on his lone reception against the Redskins. He doesn’t get enough targets to be a viable fantasy option.

Evan Engram struggles against the Redskins.

Coming off his worst game of the season last week against the Chiefs, the rookie tight end followed up tonight with what was probably a worse game. Engram was targeted seven times in the Thanksgiving matchup, catching three passes for 18 yards while dropping three passes in the game. While he’s had some awesome games this season, rookie tight ends typically go through struggles, so this isn’t a huge surprise. Still, consider Engram to be a TE1 in Week 13 versus Oakland.

Roger Lewis catches three passes in Week 12.

Lewis gained 26 yards on his three receptions versus Washington, and his 26 yards actually led the team during the Thanksgiving night loss. Sterling Shepard would be the only recommended fantasy option in Week 13 against the Raiders if he’s able to get healthy.

Shane Vereen gets three carries in Week 12.

Vereen gained 18 yards on his three attempts and didn’t catch any passes against the Redskins. He’s not even a recommended PPR option at the moment, so Vereen doesn’t need to be on fantasy rosters.

Orleans Darkwa gets 12 touches versus the Redskins.

Darkwa again started the game for the Giants, carrying 11 times for 30 yards while adding a nine-yard reception. Playing in a bad offense that’s struggling to get much going, Darkwa is just a weaker FLEX option in Week 13 against the Raiders.

Wayne Gallman leads Giants in Week 12 rushing.

The rookie running back mixed in behind starter Orleans Darkwa, carrying nine times for 37 yards while adding two receptions for six yards against the Redskins. Because he’s not getting the majority of the backfield work, Gallman is more of a strong dynasty league hold right now.

Giants offense struggles in Week 12.

There wasn’t much offense at all in the Thanksgiving night loss to the Redskins, as the team fell to 2-9 on the season. Eli Manning was 11/24 for 77 yards in the game, and he was sacked four times including a lost fumble on a strip sack late in the game. Manning will be an extremely risky fantasy option in Week 13 versus the Raiders.
